My Citi card works amazing. There is an app and it is easy to use. It reminds me when a payment is due, which is super helpful. They are also very honest and trustworthy.

We have a Costco Citi card - Voucher for Costco each year. Great rebate on Gas 4% and Restaurants 3%. We like it. It has allowed us to earn a cashback bonus by simply using it for things we already would.

My husband has a CITI card and we love it. He uses that more than any card, we earn points and it gives us alerts on what we are spending. We pay it off all the time.

The worst customer service experience ever. Never made a late payment until my wife was in labor when payment was due. Under the circumstances, we missed making the payment, but paid in full the following week. I called to explain and request cancellation of the late fee. Shocked, absolutely shocked that they wouldn't waive the late fee!!!

Cutie is super hard to navigate. Website is not as user friendly. Not any extra perks for being a member. It’s a basic credit card. Wish there was some perks or rewards involved.

Every CC company raises rates and tries to get the maximum amount of interest out of you, including citi. I avoid credit cards as much as possible, but I do have one Citi Costco card. It has been fine, but I am ready to cancel it even though it is paid off every month.

My one and only credit card is through Citi. I am still trying to pay off my credit card debt. I signed up with them without reading all the details. The interest is too much, as soon as I pay this off. I would never use credit card.

Miss a payment, the jack up the interest. Try to pay down your balance, they cut your credit limit so that your "usage" is too high. They believe in "kick 'em when they're down" - vile bankers
