I stopped using my chase card and replaced it with a card from another bank. The chase rewards aren't as good as the other bank, and I find the chase online experience to be more difficult to navigate than the other one.

I was not a fan of Chase when I banked with them. I had to switch to other banks as other banks offered better benefits and deals, and I was able to save more money with other banks. Customer service was mediocre.
