Newegg.com

I bought a alienware laptop off Newegg. After using it for a couple of days, the lights on the keypad started to go out on some keys and I decided I didn't like the weight of the laptop either. It was tremendously heavy for a laptop. I was able to send it back to Newegg no questions asked for a full refund, minus the shipping cost. I have also bought other electronics from them such as a camera, a desktop, and another laptop. The customer service is top notch and the products seem to have better deals that the big box stores.

I have been using Newegg for many years, and plan on continuing to use them for purchases of Computer related parts and supplies. Pricewise, they are sometimes less expensive than most online auction retailers, Their shipping prices are fair and they do try and get orders out as quickly as possible. I can see where their "premier" memberships could be useful to people who shop frequently or in large batches, however, as an occasional shopper, it's simply not worth the $49.99 per year. I have had good and bad experiences with their customer support over the years, but mostly good. I have not had to RMA anything purchased from them so I cannot comment on their RMA system. They offer numerous payment options, including PayPal which is my preferred method. All in all a good company to work with. One of my only reservations are all of the "marketplace" shops they have on their site. If I wanted to buy from another retailer, I would go through their site, not Newegg. It can be confusing for a novice to realize who he is actually doing business with. They also need to work on their category system. Sometimes finding things can be a bit of a hassle. I do recommend them to friends and family as an alternate to eBay and other online sites.

Recently used their custom PC service to build a computer. Love that I was able to get my hands on a gaming computer and the service is very reasonably priced at only $99, especially when that secures you parts that are in short supply these days.

I've been buying computer parts and accessories from New Egg for over 15 years. I love the selection, reviews of products and fast shipping. They also have good articles about building systems etc. And, the prices always seem to be good.

I have been a Newegg customer since 2000.. its been 15 years.. I HAVE NEVER NEVER HAD a complain about this store.. they have the best prices in computer parts. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST.. they help with everything.. I can not complain!!! NEWEGG GETS 10 EGGSS!!!!

I have purchased many components and every item was received in great NEW condition... and worked just fine... a Monitor I ordered was received in LESS than 24 hours, I was amazed..!! I bought 16 GB memory, ToughPower PSU units, SSD and Hard Drive too... I know some items could arrive DOA, but I have had NO bad experiences... Hint: I always spec out what I need and reference CPU and Motherboards, etc thru manufacturer websites to determine compatibility... just play it safe.

I am on my 3rd system build and god knows how many upgrades lol. I get 90% of my gear from NewEgg . shipping is always good packaging is done right, and the price is hard to beat. never once had a bad item shipped yet. Use them, Love them, and play hard.

I just did a system build and bought a lot of my hardwards from NewEgg, I like their prices but I also used amazon for some of my purchases because the price was lower. It's like that everywhere, you just have to shop around. But I give NewEgg two thumbs up for their selection and quick shipping. and I still look at NewEgg first when I look for anything for my computer.

I've always had a positive experience with Newegg. You need to do your homework, and product research, as there is no customer service, or referrals. Shipping has always been quick, but then it should be, as most items ship from Whittier, and I live in the OC. Their daily deals are really good, as well as the sales that they send out via e-mail during the week. I will continue to do business with Newegg, as their prices are much better than Amazon.

I always check Newegg when I am buying a new piece of technology. While they don't always have the best price of the inventory I need, quite often I end up purchasing what I need from them. A site that everyone who might be buying computer components needs to be aware of is pcpartpicker.com. It seems like I have been buying stuff from Newegg for decades.

With frequent Shell Shocker email deals, Newegg is a top computer internet store. The store has fallen out of favor due to a bad rebate fiasco, but prices remain to be competitive. Buyer expertise in the product reviews is above average.

I always shop on Newegg for any upgrades on my PC. The warranty that they offer has saved me so many times from doing upgrades myself. The prices that they have as well are very fair and they update them frequently

This is a really great place to find good deals on computer parts. I've only had to return a broken product once and they were great about taking it back. I'm fairly certain the item was damaged in transit as well and that it wasn't on Newegg.

I have never had bad service from Newegg, I had bought a 32" TV, it was past the 30 day period for returns, but Newegg worked with me and got me another TV, and took care of the RMA with Seiki, Class act all around

I love NewEgg I have bought several items and have had the best experience with them, I constantly recommend the site to friends and family. The majority of my last PC build I purchased from NewEgg and I am still getting items for it from, because they usually have the best prices.

Newegg is probably one of the best places to buy anything electronic. My family has bought a ton of things from them such as hard drives, monitors, computer cases, graphics cards and other electronics, and they never disappoint.

I love Newegg you can get anything from inside computer parts turn computer frames anything to fix it up your computer monitors all brand new even financing

I am going to make my long story short. Purchased a "Brand New" pc on 10/21... Received on 10/23 and that same day I called to notify of the issues. This PC had a CPU Temperature error and would not stay on passed 30 Seconds. I had to send it back which took another 5 days for them to receive the equipment. The equipment was received on 11/01, I was promised a 2-4 day process and a new one will be sent out. It is 11/18 on the day I write this review and I just received my first email from the company after my numeruos calls to inquire about the replacement. I ended up asking for a refund coincidentally the same day 11/11/21,they received word on the returned equipment. I was told the process would take 3-5 days... Once again its 11/18 and NOW is when this RMA was closed and I would have to wait ( you guessed it ) another 3-5 days... Once this ordeal is done, I would have exactly a month to finalize a process that other companies have finalized in hours... This company promises call backs and emails, for nothing ... If I could have put 0 stars , believe me I would.. I honestly wish the CEO or someone from corporate were to take their time and read this message or even listen to their recorded calls... That company is a shame

Stay Away! Newegg and Antonline ripped me off big time.. this might be illegal and I know for sure it is unethical! I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package. I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn’t home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn’t change the shipping address so it would get returned. I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!

On June 7, 2021, I paid for a Win 10 activation code through the Newegg website. Case Number: 316823049 Invoice number: 191038848 Account Number: 21909593 I received the code the same day and wanted to activate it instantly, but Windows didn't recognize the code. I contacted customer support at the same moment - the screenshot of the chat script is attached. Newegg's customer service representative couldn't help me and asked me to wait a couple of days when I needed to activate Windows asap. Since I had a work urgency, I couldn't wait that long, so I purchased another activation code from Microsoft, and it worked. I wasn't able to, and I didn't use the code sold to me by Newegg. Two days after, my credit card was charged for the activation code that was not functional at the moment of purchase. And Newegg customer support had no idea how to fix it. When I opened a complaint regarding the issue, I was told that Microsoft validated the code. The problem is that at the moment of purchase, the code was not even accessible to the customer service representative, and he/she could do nothing to help me. You should know well that it's illegal to charge a client for a product that incompatible, not useful, or its performance or quality not adequate. Newegg MUST reimburse me immediately.

3/23 - Ordered HyperX RAM sticks from newegg. 3/25 (3PM) - emailed to cancel order. 3/25 (11PM) - seller emails that package has already shipped. 3/26 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". 3/27 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response; contact new egg who emails seller. 3/28 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response. 3/29 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response. Multiple calls to newegg - response is (summation) wait. 3/30 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response. 3/31 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response. 4/1 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response. 4/2 - check USPS website for tracking update - "USPS awaiting package". Email to seller - no response. More calls to newegg with no response. 4/3 - USPS receives package 4/5 - USPS delivers package to Chino mailbox. I open package - COUNTERFEIT HYPERX RAM STICKS. I contact newegg furious... all they say is they will send a return label. Nothing about oh we are sorry... we will take immediate action against the seller... this is not our policy... we will refund your money immediately... none of that! All I get is, we'll send a return label for you to return the product. The seller has up to 10 business days to refund the money. So I get a label... it's UPS Ground. It's shipping to New Jersey (it was shipped FROM Inglewood CA). So Newegg really doesn't care about what has happened thru the process of this transaction. No worries - I disputed the transaction with the bank... emailed HyperX with pictures of the products and told them that newegg sold me counterfeit products... and I'm leaving this feedback everywhere I can!

I purchased a desktop $654.09 Nov 30th and the arrival was delayed for 2 weeks. And worst the item was defective. I sent it back within 30 days policy return, in its original box after I made a complain to the company asking for a full refund. They said I was entitled to get my refund, but instead I got the same defective item (3 weeks later) because it was missing the serial number in the back of the desktop. I called the manufacturer (Skytech) to figure it out why was the serial # missing? After 1 hour in live chat with pictures and videos, the representative told me this model wouldn't have had a serial tag on the back. It is on the bottom. Newegg made a mistake with the product and refused to honor my refund. Ethan (customer service supervisor) very mean and rude person. I am still waiting for them to accept the defective item back so I could get my refund but no words from them yet. Never Ever Will buy again from this company "SCAMERS"!!

Best website available for building and purchasing PCs at a great price. Built a great pc through new egg three years ago and it still runs new games with no issues.

"On December 28, 2019, I ordered a WiFi adapter for my PC. It didn't have a stable connection and I went through the return process. Newegg emailed me a return label. I returned the item, in the original box and packaging, applying the label that Newegg sent to me. Within 4 business days, the return was signed-for, so I expected a refund within a few days. I waited. And Waited. And Waited. I received a warning email that my return would expire if I did not return the item. I had already received an email confirmation from FedEx that the return was delivered. I called Newegg and spoke with a very clueless person who told me that I sent the item to the wrong address! What? I used their label. I told her that I had returned the item, using their label, and gave her the tracking, which she already had as Newegg had sent me the label. I told her it was signed for, gave the name and date/time stamp from FedEx. She said, "You used the wrong address so you have to retrieve the item and use a different label to return the item to us, before the expiration date." They lost the item, but I am somehow to retrieve it for them? In California? The expiration date, of the return, was less than a week! I told her that it wasn't my fault that they sent me the wrong RMA label and I was being held liable for their error. She told me that was the way it was. For clarification, I printed two copies of the PDF label, used one for the return and kept the other so I'd have a tracking number. Both labels matched and the tracking number matched the number on my account return status page. Since I had purchased the item from Newegg using PayPal, I turned to Paypal and sent all supporting documentation to them, including the label, the copy of FedEx tracking, Newegg invoice, a screenshot of the Newegg.com customer account return status page, the PayPal statement, etc. Paypal asked for 10 days for Newegg to respond, which I agreed to. Newegg never responded. I received a refund on February 5th, for the full amount. A month later, NewEgg wanted me to reverse the charge-back, as they had conveniently found the item and wanted to credit my account. It appears that Newegg only wished to refund me after the charge-back. Evidently, Paypal had given them 10 business days to take care of the refund, and Newegg refused, so Paypal reversed the charge. The caller told me specifically, "reverse the chargeback and we will charge your credit card for the full amount, then refund your account within 10 business days." I refused. I no longer trusted them. Today, I tried to log into my account and was greeted with, "We apologize for the inconvenience, but this account has been suspended. Please do not continue to attempt to log in. You can call us at (800) 390-1119 for help." I called and got "please enter your order number." I hung-up and went to the customer service page and ordered a call-back. I spoke with another clueless woman who told me that my account was blocked due to a chargeback. I explained the situation and she refused to acknowledge an error occurred and said that the only way to resolve the account closure was to reverse the charge-back, apply a credit-card charge and wait ~10 days for a refund. I refused. It seems that Newegg only wished to refund me after having a chargeback applied to their account. I didn't order the chargeback, Paypal did, after giving them plenty of time to resolve the issue. That's fine. Newegg isn't the only ballgame in town. I haven't used them since February, as I am not out of the computer repair business, and only now decided to do some major upgrades to my desktop computers and file server. Despite the fact that I had been a personal and business account customer of theirs since 2001, I see they no longer care about the customer. In that regard, they lost my business until they come to their senses. They probably don't care about my little money, now, anyways. The only way to get their attention is, from my experience, is a chargeback."

Although they are happy to take your money if you live outside the USA the seller (DealKing) refuses to give you any after sales service and say they their warranty is only valid for goods purchased in the USA. They will refer you to take up the issue with the manufacturer. My HP Envy laptop broke down after 4 months. The HP Helpdesk got me to run some tests and found that it was a faulty motherboard. Coz the laptop was bought from overseas(USA) and they said that they had to source the part from HP USA. I contacted them around 12 times over 4 weeks. Each time they promised that they would resolve the issue and call me within a few hours of my call. BUT THEY NEVER DID ON ANY OF THOSE OCCASIONS. Do not fall for their false promises, you need to keep hounding these people - they are completely useless !!! They refused my request for a temporary laptop while this issue was being resolved and didn't offer any kind of compensation.

I bought two re certified computers on New Egg website and they were both impossible to use. The first one came defective-ASUS transformer. I could not turn it on. The second one was a HP Grade B Laptop 810 G2. I was so excited to get this computer but when it came in, it was in terrible condition. It as like it was trowed in the garbage and someone picked and sold to me. It came all scratched with marks every where on the cover. I feel like they have all these defective and unsalable computers and they called them re certified and sell it to honest people. Very upsetting. I don't recommend New Egg for any type of purchasing. Their costumer service is good but their product are not reliable. So what it the point in having a good costumer service with no decent product? I just waste my time two times in getting the product and having to return it right away. I got refund for one the orders and I am waiting for the second one. However, I was not refunded for the shipping. I was ripped off two time times and had to pay for the delivery of two defective products. Very upsetting situation and hope to get my second refund soon and never buy anything on New Egg online store.

Just madde a purchase of a HP color laser jet printer from Newegg and it wouldn't even power on. Called and was told it wasn't their problem, it was a "third party seller's" issue and I would have to pay the shipping to send it back, needless to say a 50 lb printer is pretty costly. No customer service. First person I spoke to was exceptionally rude and obnoxious, second, not so much but pretty ignorant of the company's policy. Don't believe the guarantees, etc, the company relies on you not reading all of the return policies prior to your purchase, by then its all too late, and they ripped you off. Worst kind of cheats, grifters, and swindlers. BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE!

Newegg has some great prices on some different pieces of computer parts. I was able to upgrade the RAM in my computer to give it to boost it needed at a great price!

I ordered some products on Cyber Monday. The check out said two business days delivery with shop runner. Verified the ShopRunner account and all good. Paid my order. Got email where announces the shipping method is Shipping Super Eggsaver (4-7 bus. days) and the estimated to Ship Out On 11/27/2018 by the end of Day. 11/28 by the end of the day no shipping. Tried to use the chat and I was number 1040 in the queue. Called the support. The automatic system advertised a 15 min wait. After 55 min I got someone on the call. When I asked about the shipping issue, they said that they are busy and is nothing they can do. I said that they advertised that they could deliver it in 2 days. The technician hangs up on me. I will never do business with this company.

Newegg used to be the go-to website for computer parts. Now, it's just ridiculous. Shipping to APO use to be about $5-7 dollars for something like a motherboard. Now they're charging over $20 for smaller items. And the processing time is even worse. Just checked on an order that I placed. Ordered more than two weeks ago and it shows it's still processing. Good luck trying to chat with them. Just search Newegg and chat and hear all the horror stories. Last time I tried to chat with then, I was number 71 in line. Took 7hours of waiting. When I finally spoke to someone, they really didn't know what to do. Every reply was that she wasn't sure and would need to send an email to her manager who isn't there at this time. Not even worth using this site anymore.

Last year around Thanksgiving, I ordered a laptop. I got it after 2 weeks and it was not the one I ordered. I called them back and they sent me a shipment label in which I sent back. I tracked the package myself and got the confirmation it was received by them. Over the course of over a month they kept saying they have not received the package and when I asked to escalate it the denied. Then passed Christmas and New Year and did not receive the the refund so I told them if nothing changed I will dispute the charge. They asked me to wait a week. The next day they confirmed they received it(a month after they have actually received it) and will issue the refund. I waited for 2 more weeks without getting any refund. I then told them I will dispute it and again they asked for 4 days for it to be issued. After four days, No refund was issued and since it is getting over 2 months already I disputed the charge. Their response: The suspended my account(which was a premier account) After multiple calls they wanted either to me to cancel the dispute or recharge the card again.(which is ridiculous). Yesterday, They sent an email confirming that they will charge my card for the renewal of the premier(which I didn't use at all since it was suspended for the whole year!). I reached out to them and the only thing I got was to recharge my card! So they send the wrong product, take it back and doesn't want to give my money back then want to charge me for a service I did not receive. I already flagged them as scammers on my credit card to reject any charges but never and won't advise anyone to deal with them ever unless they want to lose their money for nothing.

Worst customer service ever ordered a laptop on Friday 9/28 in the afternoon and paid for two day shipping. Got a tracking # that said i would receive it on Tue. 10/2 end of day. did not receive. I called 7pm 10/2 they said it was scheduled to arrive 10/2 but if I did not receive it they would refund the shipping. Called 10/3 and they said it was shipped 10/1 so it was not late I would get it 10/3. Did not get it and now called and they tell me that it shipped 10/3 and will not get till 10/5!!! this is from NJ 4 hr drive from my house, how is it coming horse and buggy???? NEVER DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They have the nerve to call themselves New-egg Business, more like rotten egg business. I have cancelled my order and will be disputing ANY charge.

Purchased two Klipsch Icon KF-28 Dual 8" 2-way Floorstanding Speakers. They were delivered by Fedx all busted up and destroyed. Fedx driver told me to contact Newegg. Newegg had me send photos of all the damage so I did. After several days they got back with me and told me they would send replacements. I asked that they send UPS and mark them as fragile. Few days later fedx showed up and showed me again that the packaging was destroyed and the speakers were all busted up. Newegg customer service had me send photos again and this time stated they would get it right. At this point I have been charged for three speakers when I only purchased two, only have 1 good speaker delivered and over three weeks later they are still giving me excuses to why I have not received my order or refund. They have lied to me, not return phone calls and on 9/3/18 I emailed replyied a rep that lied about inventory and told her if I did not receive a actual phone call from someone resolving this issue I would be posting negative reviews. As you can see they do not care. Horrible products because of being defective or damaged and also horrible customer service.

I have been a long time newegg advocate and have been purchasing my electronics there for about 10 years. Up until recently, my experience had been unparalleled as the best online marketplace for consumer electronics. But it seems that in recent years, all that has changed. What was once the most helpful customer service is now slow and unhelpful. What once was a quick and painless chat with a representative now takes over 60 min just to get connected (for both phone and chat window). And after waiting that time, I have even had them hang up on me without warning at the close of business hours. What used to be a simple exchange process for defective items, now takes multiple customer service interactions with ultimately unsatisfactory results. Most recently, after mailing a defective item for a replacement, they sold the last one one day before my item arrived at the processing facility which means that by choosing newegg all that I had to show at the end of 3 weeks was frustration and the knowledge to select a different retailer for future purchases. Take this as a word of warning, newegg is not the company that it once was. They are no longer customer-centric and can no longer guarantee any kind of customer satisfaction.

I purchased a Ring door bell from NewEgg.com that had internal operator system failures. It also showed up with an instruction manual in French and no English! When I contacted newegg.com via chat after waiting almost 2 hours for a person, they said they could not find any evidence that I purchased from them. I found the order number and date of order then waited another 1.5 hours to get a chat going again. This time they said they found me and my order. Their next trick was to say that I needed the exact box that the manufacturer used for the product and the same shipping box as well. It was almost 3 weeks after I started using the product, so boxes were long gone. I told them that my neighbor had 2 boxes from the same exact kind of door bell and that I would be happy to ship it back in one of those but they said that won't work. Needless to say, the only thing I could do is dispute the charge on my credit card.

About a month ago, I was in the market trying to find a basic gaming laptop for a good price, and I stumbled upon an MSI Laptop with just the basics for around $800 being sold by NewEgg. I did a little bit of research and decided to purchase it. However, once I received the laptop, I soon discovered that it was not compatible with the Oculus Rift, and decided to return the product after only using it one time. I went on NewEggs website and followed their return instructions, and I even purchased their return label for $15. I was then prompted to pay a $95 restocking fee, and even though I felt that this was pretty high, I decided to just go ahead and pay it. After about two weeks had gone by, I received an email stating "Unfortunately, the item(s) mentioned above was physically damaged and beyond the applicable Newegg.com warranty coverage as indicated in our Standard Warranty Policy." I was extremely frustrated with this email considering that I had only used the laptop one time, was positive that no damage had occurred while it was in my possession, and followed (and paid for) their shipping instructions. I had assumed that something must have gone wrong while they were processing my return causing it to be mislabeled as damaged, so I decided to call NewEgg directly. After speaking with a very nice person who had instructed me to wait a couple of days while my claim is under investigation, they told me that I would be contacted very soon. After two more weeks went by, I knew that they would not reach out to me. (It also seems that a few other users have had this problem with NewEgg where they claim to get back with you shortly, but just end up putting their customers aside.) So, I gave them another call, but this time, the person told me that nothing could be done, and they are not liable for any of the damage that had occurred, and after speaking with a manager, they reached the conclusion that I would not be getting my money back. I have many friends and coworkers who had used NewEgg for all of their computer and gaming products with little complaints, but now, none of us would trust them with a purchase larger than $50. As a college student, a purchase of this size is a big deal, and I cannot afford to suffer an $800 loss for a laptop I did not break. Now I am out $800 for the purchase, $15 for the shipping, and $95 for the "restocking fee." Their customer service had me running in circles for a solution that they would never provide. I would not recommend NewEgg to anyone! Especially if you have any doubts that you may return your product! They care less about their customers than most businesses and are very difficult to deal with. Though the people we talked to sounded nice, they never gave us any solutions and just kind of blew us off. Stay away from NewEgg! Afterwards, I started looking into past reviews of NewEgg, and I found some similar stories. This guy returned a products with all of its components and he was denied a return: https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/5a5cdb3b6116dd0f1077ef51. This person was unable to get a refund for a defective product: https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/newegg/internet/newegg-pembroke-streetgiftedlivingcom-bad-merchandise-unresponsive-customer-service-re-1230322 And this person was denied compensation for a product that they never even received (however, it does seem that NewEgg was handling the issue in the post): https://community.newegg.com/discussion/131678 So far, I am very disappointed with the way that NewEgg does business. It is not professional, and they do not value their customers. And after a while of loyalty, I no longer feel safe purchasing anything from NewEgg, and I am very disappointed because they actually had some good deals, but they rip off anyone who has a problem. Not worth my time and money, and they shouldnt be worth yours either.

First time customer. I entered the shipping address correctly, and then they took my Paypal shipping address instead. After multiple phone calls and chat conversations, they first told me to wait for the tracking number to appear (putting it on me to contact them again), then told me they couldn't do anything about it other than wait for it to go into transit, contact them (again!) to recall it, than refund me 3-5 business days later ("if it returns to us"). Meanwhile, on Amazon, I can go through a two minute automated procedure to update shipping address. This company is way behind the curve. I'm not returning and would caution you away from them. If there's another option you can buy from, consider the time you'll waste on customer service should anything go wrong!

How bad is it when you get billed three times by paypal for the same order !!!!I have had two 30 minute chat sessions with promises about how my complaint willbe sent to accounts and investigated. I just made a midnite international call to them only to find I cant speak to accounts and there is NOTHING they can do excpet send the request to accounts. I will never deal with these folk again I am $900 bucks out of pocket for a $300 item and they havnt even shipped it yet.!!I have contacted paypal I have lodged a complaint now I need to let the days tick away till I can escalate it, NEWEGG of course has not responded!! Review about: Order For Memory. I didn't like: Being charged 3 times and no one at newegg helping.

I have used many suppliers over the years, including newegg, but now I only use newegg. Customer service has been the best I have ever encountered from any company.

Newegg is good they ship fast packaging is always top notch but their RMA system sucks ive been burned by more than once i will not send a intel based motherboard l back to them because they claim the pins are damaged people have received these boards with damaged pins and want them replaced and they say it user error and refuse to replace it and send back the broken product i sent a corsair h60 back because i didn't want it no more they said the radiator was damaged it come back fine and their return fees suck i sent back a gigabyte gtx 770 i lost almost 100 dollar in return fees

Newegg is a good company, but there service is archaic, returns are still RMA, waiting, waiting, waiting. Take a look why Amazon took off, returns easy as with Costco, people like that. With one click, i return or exchange something on Amazon, no questions asked, they trust there customers, if i say its broke its broke, they send another unit before my broken one arrives. If you don't change your ways, you will dissapear, as so many other good online retailers. Too bad...

If you want to build your own computer with 10x the computing capability of any computer on the market Newegg should be your first and last stop. I've always been satisfied with computer parts I've bought off Newegg.

This company is a joke. Bought computers and accessories for a project for underprivileged children. First they sent the wrong items, then we realized all the computers came with the wrong plugs and now find out a bunch of the battery back-ups we purchased came with the wrong wires. It has been nothing but one headache after another and the company was not very helpful with the problems. We will never use this company again and I strongly discourage others from doing so too unless you like having to deal with problem after problem.

Sales Fraud. Used sold as new and replacement takes a month! I purchased online a $1,700 computer monitor from Newegg as NEW but the product arrived in its factory box without a shipping box or proper padding. Item box had already opened, factory seal torn, and the product did not work. This is Newegg's issue, not mine. But Newegg expects customers to wait for the RMA return to ship back and process, and then wait again for a replacement to be shipped. This negatively impacted my small business and we'll never shop Newegg again.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY RUN SCAMS. I BOUGHT A COMPUTER UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS A REFURBISHED iMAC OS 2019 - THE COMPUTER IS A LATE 2013 AND IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH LATEST APPLE OS - THE SELLER PRODUCT DESCRIPTION NOT ONLY WAS MISLEADING BUT COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DISHONEST - EVEN THE KEYBOARD IS NOT AN APPLE. TRIED TO GET A REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T QUALIFIED AS THE RETURN TIME FRAME HAS PASSED. THEY ADVERTISED A COMPLETELY WRONG COMPUTER - IT WAS A $1000.00 PURCHASE NOT A $100.

This is a scam. They create shipping label on the same day. Product will be shipped very late. Any requests to cancel will be countered with 'Cant cancel. Shipping label already created. Refunds will cost you re-stocking fee and shipping. Even for defective products. You will be asked to reach out to manufacturer to understand if it is defective or if its a feature. scam scam scam.

Took 30 days to get a refund issued after BBB had to step in and resolved my issue. They tried to scam me by hoping I was an idiot and didn’t notice that they sent a cheaper version in replace of the actual item I bought. The whole return process is antiquated and is not reliable. You are at the will of the sellers here!! They don’t care either. They want their money and continue to use Newegg as there number one scam resource. Newegg fails it’s consumers by failing to regulate their seller quality. After reading the reviews I should have stayed far away. Run. Scammers
