Placed an order on 1 October 2020. Newegg provided tracking number however until this day the tracking number they provided when check only shows that a shipping label was created, nothing else. By this time at least it should in transit but is not. Also the type of tracking number provided show that the product is sent from China? If I Knew that the item was coming from China I would have never placed the order. Bad way of doing business. Never again.

I ordered a neck gaitor from NewEgg. The product took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after I ordered it and when I opened the box it wasn't even close to the product I ordered. It's like the provider just threw any gaiter they wanted in there. I wrote to NewEgg to complain and asked for a refund. Never got a response back. I submitted a negative review of the product provider to NewEgg and they never posted it. This is downright dishonest of NewEgg and I am committed to never buying from the site again.

For one and most important they do not provide e mail for customers which create real problem trying to resolve any issue with their market sellers because I am not able to forward my correspondence with the seller to newegg. I have been trying to do a return, after over 10 e mails & 9days (to their seller, "mygoods")I still getting e mail asking me "be patient"

The platform is pro-seller and anti-buyer. I had an issue where the seller shipped a completely wrong item. Newegg sided with seller and denied my claim. Thanks Heavens that I had Paypal and my Visa credit card in between and they are still working on the case. The outcome is awaited but overall, Newegg did not own any responsibility and closed the case as such. Despite of me having provided with all relevant pictures (right of the time item was received). I will NEVER EVER buy stuff again from newegg.com.

I recently returned a refurbished laptop that I purchased from Newegg after discovering that the keyboard was defective. Ironically, Newegg just notified me that I will have to wait an additional 7-10 days after receipt of the returned laptop "due to the fact that [the laptop] must be tested first to verify any defect" before refunding my payment. Had they been that prudent before shipping the product my money would be in my account, not theirs, and I would not have to deal with the hassle of purchasing a computer elsewhere.

I bot a computer from them. It ended up being so cheaply made that within 2 months the wires connecting the keyboard to the computer were exposed. I get a 'free' headset bundled with the computer. It didn't work and calling customer service was a total nightmare. One person hung up on me because I asked if I could speak with a supervisor. I ended up sending the headset back in at my expense only for it to go into a black hole. Looks like I will never get the replacement headset I was told I would get. I am sorry I ever ran across Newegg.

I bought a computer from newegg. It didn't work and they wouldn't take it back. After much back and forth they accepted the return and refunded my money. But they did not refund me for the preloaded software which I was unable to access. So I lost that money.

This company is trash. Ordered $460 of computer parts and they shipped it through a Lasership who delievered it to the wrong addressed. Once they misdeliver your products, you then have to wait 10 business days while you dispute with your bank. Company doesn't care and is untrustworthy.

Don't ever by their unlocked phones. I bought a Samsung S6. It did not work at all. T-Mobile said it's supposed to be unlocked, but you wouldn't be able to use it here. You won't be able to make calls.
