I love Neiman Marcus! I’ve never had better customer service in a department store. They aren’t overbearing and in your face. They give you space but are there whenever you need assistance.

I never heard of Neiman Marcus until a few years ago, and it is so upscale. I was so impressed with the department store and the clothing styles it offered. Yes, it's expensive, but you know what you're getting is good stuff!

I love shopping at Neiman Marcus for anything designer. I tend to find designer items at a cheaper price at the stores, so I am able to save some money. Great store with great variety of clothing.

Very expensive clothing! They offer discounts throughout the year, otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford them. I bought a pair of jeans and they were cute. They didn't fit but I was able to return them for free. Love that!

If you purchase makeup from Clinique then go through Neiman Marcus. Usually you can get shipping for free and you won't have to go in to a store to purchase.
