I have ordered clothing online twice (because that is the only way to get the plus line), and twice I have received someone else's order in addition to my own. These poor ladies who ordered and are still waiting. I have returned the things to the store both times, but I am concerned about ordering from this store again for fear my order will not go to me, and I will get charged for it.

Clothing styles are hit and miss for me. They are either really cute or really ugly. The quality is the same...either really good or seemingly cheap. I have gotten some great deals on sale though and still think it's worth seeing what they have available.

Nothing remarkably fantastic or displeasing about LOFT... I have recently stopped shopping here because they don't provide enough evidence of ethical labor practices in the manufacture of their clothing.

clothing is cute but horrible quality. I was expecting a lot better quality for the price. the sweater I bought lost its elasticity literally the same day.

Loft is overpriced for their clothing. The quality is not that great and their style is boring.
