I just love Loft so much. It's freaking wonderful. They have the most amazing sale racks. Quality clothing for dirt cheap, you just have to hit the sales right! Honestly though, I would invest good money for some of their clothing. Totally worth it!

Loft has very classy and cute clothes, but one thing that I don't like is that the style of their clothes only really satisfy the wants of older women. Teenagers don't really want to shop at a store that doesn't match the style teens are wearing these days. Plus, it is a little too expensive for my taste.

I have ordered clothing online twice (because that is the only way to get the plus line), and twice I have received someone else's order in addition to my own. These poor ladies who ordered and are still waiting. I have returned the things to the store both times, but I am concerned about ordering from this store again for fear my order will not go to me, and I will get charged for it.

The website is beautiful and so user friendly! I love their clothes. Finding deals online is so fun because it gives me ideas for what to buy! I usually go in the store to try things on, but it's great to get to browse online first and catch the beat sales!

Horrible return policy! Ordering online takes a week (or more) to arrive leaving a short time frame to make a return (30 days from when the order is shipped). This compared to Macy's (6 months) and Eddie Bauer (1 year) is just unreasonable. The cost to ship anything is $8.95 and another $7.95 to return what are often poorly fitting clothes as their sizes are terribly inconsistent. They set free shipping at $125 encouraging large orders making returns inevitable (one pair of the same style pants may fit and another in another color won't). I find dealing with the LOFT frustrating.

The quality of clothes are really good. I usually look at the sales rack. I like they seperate store by sizes. It is really easy to find what I am looking for.

I love the clothing and deals I can get at the Loft. At times I can't find a lot but more than not I have gone and found the cutest options from shirts to jeans, skirts and shorts they have great options. The clothing is really good quality and I get nothing but compliments when I wear it.

Loft is a good place to go to find cute modest dresses and clothings. I get all my daughters church dresses here and never have to worry about them being to short, and she always loved them. They do have a great return policy, just in case something ends up not fitting!
