The only products I purchased melamine are their book bags however I will say that in the price of picture purchasing several book bags over the years I will see that they are of the upmost quality in last incredibly long time. I’d also like to note how streamline and well-made their customer service system there’s not that many problems even occur but when they do the problem is often facilitated very well.

I have had an LL Bean backpack since the 4th grade, and I am now a college freshman. The quality of their backpacks is extremely high, and whenever one does finally break, the company has an excellent replacement policy.

I just made another purchase from LL Bean recently--a new shirt for my mother. It fit her perfectly, and the color was great. And LL Bean always provides quality fabrics.

I get the L.L. Bean Catalog and think they sell good quality products. I recently looked for something in the catalog on their website but was unable to find what I was looking for in the size I needed. I was able to find something similar, however. Their website is easy to search for items I'm interested in.

I get the LL Bean catalog and love that I can get on their website and shop even more choices than the catalog offers. Their website is user friendly and it's easy to find exactly what I'm looking for.

I bought a book bag from here 5 years ago and they durability of them has allowed them to age very slowly compared to other book bags. Staff is very friendly and informative every time I walk in the store!

I have a very tall husband and LL Bean has always come through for me when needing to get him a great quality piece of clothing. Their size for Tall men fit him perfectly and he has even been shocked that I have been able to get him something that is a piece of clothing that fits and that he likes.

I love LL Bean's selection of clothing and outdoor gear. For the holidays I got a utility jacket with plaid lining, and I have been wearing it nonstop. The sales people are always very helpful.

L.L.Bean has lots of clothes for all the seasons. They have clothes for the whole family and they all are great prices. And when you order them they come really fast so you don't have to wait forever to get your packages.

Really great backpacks. My kids love their backpacks with their names on it. And every one of them lasted a good 3 or more years.

It is a really great store with good quality clothes but it is very expensive. I would recommend to wait for sales before buying clothes.

I have only bought one item from LL Bean. I go into the store frequently hoping to find some good clothes, but most of their clothes are catered to older men I think. I just don't like the styles. The stores are always clean when I do go in.

My kids love the athletic wear from LL Bean. The pants are soft and comfortable they get taken out of the clean laundry and are immediately worn again.

LL Bean has good clothing but it’s a little bit on the expensive side. I would probably shop there more because I like the clothes if the prices will go down.

Lots of really good quality clothing items, for both men and women. However their site could use some work, there were repeat categories online for the same article which makes it slightly confusing.

Quality is good, but the clothes aren't very stylish. My Grandma would love their styles. Returns are easy and convenient. Sizes are usually accurate.
