I have been shopping Landsend for about 20 years. Here is why - they customize their clothing to the exact size you want, especially helpful if you have tall males in your family. I buy all my husband's dress shirts and pants there, and I can specify to the 1/4 inch exactly the length of pants! That is amazing. They also have an incredible warranty, and will replace items that wear out too quickly. I will keep using them!

I really like the the Landsend clothing that we've purchased online. Their kid snow boots are really good. I usually buy several itmes to try on and then plan to return those that don't fit at the Sears store. The only problem is that we don't have a lot of Sears around here anymore. It just makes returns a little more difficult.

When you go to Landsend website you will find an easy and convenient way to shop. They offer really good coupons you can use online or in the store. I prefer to shop their store online because the nearest store is really far away. My only complaint is that to return anything to them they deduct $7.99 from your refund for shipping. No free returns with them which is a bummer.

I have been ordering school uniforms through landend for a while. The quality of the material and the durability during the school year keeps me coming back. The prices are higher than other uniform manufacturers but the style, fit and materials are top notch.

Land's End swimming suits are my all-time favorite. They are the first place I look for a swimming suit. I also buy lots of my kids clothes there... very high quality. Land's End also has great customer service.

Quality products that came in a timely manner. I was disappointed that they would charge a fee to return them in the mail if the clothes do not fit. I had to drive 30 miles to the nearest store to return the products that didn't work.

Great quality of clothes but their shipping prices are ridiculous. If you want to return anything it's a hassle plus you have to pay shipping to exchange sizes. Wish they had more locations.

Great quality clothes and last a long time. I purchased a pair of pants and they lasted forever and were worn quite often. Returns are charges though, so keep that in mind if you are not near a store.
