I've had great experiences where if I have had questions, I've gotten answers immediately. I've also had experiences where I've asked questions and haven't got any reply's at all. I understand this is more on the seller than Etsy itself, however as this is within the Etsy ecosystem, it does affect my rating unfortunately. That in mind, all the products I've purchased have been great and appreciate the platform they are able to provide to small business owners.

Have great ideas and options for crafts and fun things cannot find anywhere else, but the cost is pretty high and shipping is not always the best time frame. I do share with friends this site but preface with a warning of cost and shipping.

etsy has super cheap and not very good quality products. the price is very low tho. shipping takes a very long time. i ordered something 6 months ago and it never came.

Quite an interesting site. Love there return policy if anyone miss advertised they go to bat for the customer however I wish that some vendors would not be able to list things that they can’t follow through on.

Etsy is a little bit sketchy sometimes. I've ordered things from Etsy that come to me and they look nothing like how it was advertised. The return system is pretty simple though. I'll keep using Etsy for unique things.

Etsy seems to have a wide variety of merchants, but I don’t love some of the non-user friendly sites. It is nice to scroll through and see a big selection and options.
