The quality of the Brands found in Dillards are great. I have some clothing from them that were purchased over 10 years ago and still look great. Depending on the department sometimes the customer service is excellent sometimes a little lacking.

Dillards is probably one of my favorite places to shop. They have great quality clothes and if you shop sales and utilize your Dillard’s card, you can get amazing prices. They have lines and brands for every age range, style, and body type. They even have home items- which is a bonus.

Dillard's is a go to for prom dress shopping. A one stop shop for quality dresses and shoes for special occasions for me. I don't really go in there or the site for anything else because I can find it somewhere else closer to me. But I do like that I can count on finding something there when I do need it. It can be pricey but that's why I'm there for something specific.

I have always had great experiences shopping at Dillards. They’re always very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. If I’m looking for nicer, higher end clothes, I’m definitely going to Dillards.

Their prices are a little much at times with not very sales but they have amazing quality and their clothes last. Website could be a little more organized but other than that they are pretty good! Shirts are always the most comfortable I own.

Dillards online shopping is awesome as they have a multitude of brands, low prices, and trendy clothes to choose from. They also have excellent customer service if anything should need to be returned, making the online clothing experience a good one.

I was looking for a dress for my sons wedding so I went on the website for Dillards and found a ton of dresses to choose from.It was so easy to find what I wanted. I bought 3 and when they came returned the ones that didn't work.

I like the shopping at dillards.com for my clothes. If I spend over $50 I get free shipping to my local store. I like the quality of clothes found at Dillards and can trust the company 100%. I know my grand kids sizes and its so convenient for birthday shopping and Christmas. The Sale and Clearance tab online you can find amazing deals!

Dillard’s has a pretty good selection of clothing. The prices can definitely range from high to low, but overall everything is good quality. I usually can find what I’m looking for and if not, their staff is helpful in doing so.

I like to go into the Dillards normal stores, and I love their big and tall department. I also love a certain brand of pants that they have there and if it isn't available at the normal store, it is easy to order online and you can get the same price and also the sales price. They have good quality, large sized clothes that work for me.
