I didn’t love my experience with Burlington coat factory. Based on the advertisement I assumed that I would be getting high quality product and outstanding customer service. Ordering on line my package was dirty as well as the product inside. When I tried to return it the woman I worked was incredibly rude and refused to do the return because of the stain on the clothes that was there when I opened the bag. Not a fan.

The clothes are really crappy and the store is pretty dirty. The kids clothes are ok but adults clothes are hit and miss.

Great for getting a cheap deal, but not too much else. It doesn't feel like a very nice store when you are in it. I appreciate the deals though when I need something cheap.
