Burlington only does one thing-give incredible value on all of its merchandise. It is helping all of us get great products for low cash. It is helping keep to our budgets. And the best part - it doesn't feel like we have skimped. Burlington offers great selection and great prices. Their staff is also puts them over the top with service!

Erie Blvd store in east syracuse. I absolutely loved it! You do need more options.You had hardly any sweaters and it's fall season.Destiny mall location gets better selection. But I won't shop there.Please stock East Syracuse Erie Blvd location with a better supply of clothing.

I was going to spend my school refunds at your store getting Business Suits and baby items like bouncing seats, activity centers, and play mats but because your store associates don't want to help the customers on the sales floor and were asking ME to move out of their way while shopping lol I didn't spend a dime of my hard earnings in your store today. Please remind your associates it is their job to assist customers on the sales floor and not our job to stop shopping and move out of their way. I'm really sorry for your loss and I am a great customer

They have a great selection of reasonably priced items. You definitely have to sift through they racks to find things worth buying, but that investment pays off with the savings.

Has lots of clothing for a good price. It's hard to navigate with all the clothes they have but they categorize by type and size. Sometimes the selection is a bust but you have to hunt them down and take your time. I've found awesome baby clothes for a great price here and good selection.

Love me some Burlington coat factory, while I’m not a fan of the store because it can be much to take in all they have to offer, there online website is clean cut, you can sort by different items your looking for. Always able to find that one treasure every month.

Burlington Coat Factory is my go to store for almost everything! I love their selection and their prices. I do appreciate their customer service, and how every time I buy something they inform me of their return policy. I have found that over the years I have always been satisfied with my purchases, and have never needed to return anything.

My husband was checking out at the register when the Loss Prevention employee approached him asking to see his hat he had on. My husband does not speak English so the Loss Prevention employee was pointing at his hat as if he was stupid. You could clearly see the hat was worn and used. I do not understand why he would think my husband was stealing. My husband gave him the hat your employee looked at the hat and returned it. He did not issue an apology for assuming my husband was stealing. The Loss Prevention employee was rude, aggressive and racist toward my husband. No one except the cashier tried to help my husband. The matter of fact is that you could clearly see the hat was worn and used so I DO NOT understand why he would assume he was stealing. I am not trying to play the racist card here but your employee is clearly a racist. He does not treat Non Caucasian’s customers the same way he treats Caucasians . If I do not hear a respond back I will be contacting Corporate. My husband nor anyone else should not have been treated the way he was treated!!!

Never order online and I suggest not even going to Burlington. I made an order online that was canceled by Burlington starting this idea are no longer available. However, Burlington still charged me and is making me wait days to return my money. They have told me a hold was put on my money . I don't understand how a company can charge someone before they ship anything nor why their site would even let you order items that are not in stock without telling you before hand. ORDER FROM AMAZON never ever do they charge you before shipping nor would they even allow me to order something that is not in stock unless they tell you first. I only ordered from Burlington because a friends baby registry was from there. Such a bad choice .Burlington is a fraud that has no problem taking your money but taking their time to return it. Very bad customer service and did nothing to make me feel better or help me get my money back. Told me I would have to wait 3- 5 business day..Why? I didnt cancel my order you all did! I give them 0 stars!

No rating because Burlington has horrible customer service on a local and corporate level. I put merchandise on layaway in March and was out of town on 5/29/18 when the layaway was due to be picked up. I call the store and spoke with manager Nettie who presented herself as G.M over the store to ask her to hold the layaway until I could get back to town on the weekend. Nettie said she would hold the layaway until 6/3/18. When I arrived on 6/2/18 to pick up the layaway I was told by M.O.D Lillian that the layaway had been returned to stock. I asked for all of my money back including the layaway fee and the cancellation fee because Nettie did not hold the layaway like she promised. I then asked Nettie to compensate me for a wasted trip to Georgia just to pick up the layaway. I asked for one tank of gas as compensation and I have been denied my request. Burlington wanted to insult me by saying we can give you $15. They have had all of my money for over two weeks when the store in McDonough, Ga. made the mistake and should have been bending over backwards to correct their mistake and make the situation right

Burlington is more of a hit or miss situation. Burlington is the place to go when buying winter clothes, boots, and coats. They have many designer items however not every size or style you may need are there. Online shopping experience is ok.

Adorable baby clothing! I love going in and looking at the little kids clothes. I’ve helped my mom pick out some baby clothes for a friend and it was so hard to choose just a couple outfits. Have a great variety of all clothing! Great place to take a family and have everyone find the right clothes

I ordered to rocking chairs for my twin toddlers. Burlington took my money. Never received a tracking number a week later. I received a email stating that the items were not available to ship. You all took my money knowing that these items were out of stock!! Why would you do that? Your service sucks and I will never order anything from here ever again!!

Found beautiful wool mens topcoat at one location. Sizes in stock weren't mine. Many XXL sizes and long. Decided to visit two nearby Burlington stores. Neither had even one of the topcoat wanted. Cashier stated these sell fast. If there's a demand and in business of selling coats why out of stock conditions? The other store worker said " Sorry 'bout that." Typical lame excuse from so many workers. Well, if Burlington doesn't stock what I want in my size they won't be getting my money. I have a feeling they really don't care.

Placed two orders online. Received a confirmation both times and then later received an e-mail stating that NONE of the items I ordered are available. All of the items are still displayed on the website as of this writing. I attempted to contact customer service about a refund and received an automated response stating that someone would get back to me within TWO days. Will never shop here again.

While they carry a lot of other clothes besides coats, I think their store is more jumbled than some of the other discount stores. They do carry different brands than those other stores, so I have been able to find some good stuff, you just have to search more for it.

I didn’t love my experience with Burlington coat factory. Based on the advertisement I assumed that I would be getting high quality product and outstanding customer service. Ordering on line my package was dirty as well as the product inside. When I tried to return it the woman I worked was incredibly rude and refused to do the return because of the stain on the clothes that was there when I opened the bag. Not a fan.
