The Good

• Low prices on merchandise
• Large product selection
• Free returns
• Free shipping deals

The company A'Gaci has tried to create a shopping environment that will leave customers feeling excited about their purchases and overall pleased. Even their online store is designed to let shoppers easily browse through merchandise and find exactly what they are looking for. The cost of merchandise at A'Gaci is low compared to other clothing stores. Most items can be found for under twenty dollars and if a customer can't find a deal on the regular products, A'Gaci features many sales tabs both on the homepage and throughout their website. Shoppers can find selections of items marked under ten dollars, fifteen and twenty-five dollars. They can also shop from a sale selection that provides customers with a variety of clothing, shoes, and accessories at discount prices. While A'Gaci does not sell clothing for any group of people other than girls, they do offer a lot of products in that category. As mentioned above they also have two sister companies that provide shoes and more clothing options. On top of the sister companies, A'Gaci sells accessories, active wear, plus size clothing, in addition to their regular clothing line. A'Gaci does their best to make returning merchandise as easy as possible by providing customers with free return labels in all product packaging. Shoppers must simply use the pre-paid label to return the purchased merchandise within thirty days and they will be eligible for a full refund. In-store returns are also accepted for thirty days and it is possible for customers to return online purchases in a store location. The purchase must only have the original receipt and be undamaged in order to be accepted for either a full refund or exchange. Like many other clothing stores, A'Gaci offers their online customers free shipping for purchases totaling over fifty dollars. Any packages that are under fifty are charged a flat rate of five dollars and fifty cents for standard shipping. A'Gaci does not offer international shipping at this time and they do charge residents of Alaska and Hawaii additional shipping charges. Any questions or concerns that customers might have regarding the shipping or return policy can be directed to the customer service department. This information can be found on a number of pages located on their website, both a phone number as well as email contact information.

The Bad

• Few promotions on the website
• Only for women

A'Gaci has a few main areas where improvements could be made to make shopping with them a better experience. The homepage of the A'Gaci website does not offer the number of promotions that online customers like to see. While there are a couple, they are the basic free shipping and new customer discounts. Online shoppers like to see more than just these two to excite them about browsing the site and using the deals. They also only have just recently opened up store a location around the United States. Their stores are very popular and the online website has everything a shopper could be looking for from the convenience of their own home. One other thing that potential customer could find as a negative is that their merchandise is limited to only women. For the most part it is mostly limited even further to teenage girls although there are some older clothing lines available mainly through their sister company Boutique Five. Although A'Gaci does have plenty of merchandise available for teenage girls and some for older women they are lacking in other areas of selection. Branching out further to acquire clothing lines for children and men would help make their store more pleasing for every type of customer.

The Bottom Line

A'Gaci is a well known clothing store that has a mission to provide lifestyle clothes for young fashion lovers who rock it well and march to the beat of their own drum. They are a brand that tries to reflect who each individual customer is by giving them a wide variety of clothing and accessory options as well as many other shopping benefits. Some of these benefits are free returns for online and in-store purchases, free shipping to any orders totaling over fifty dollars, and low priced merchandise. However, they do have several flaws as well. They also are only starting to have physical stores in addition to their online website and they only sell clothing and other merchandise for women. A'Gaci is a great store that can be a good shopping experience for loyal customers or first time shoppers.
