They have wondeful prices, good service, but they cannot take care of problems with the phones in the stores. You have to send your phone out.

Had service with company for over two years paid Insurance on time every time. Insurance to replace the phone they wanted another $75 for the same phone that was ready for an update. So in short they lost a customer for good and you should stay away from them too.

Cricket was ok at first but they need to do better. They don't do any specials ,any offers, they never let you know your if they towers problem they just turn off your phone with a Message temporarily turn off by carrier. My bills is always paid before my due. I've been with them going on 4 years they dont show appreciation for loyal customers like cspire. I wouldn't recommend

Used when single and it worked. Not the best coverage for us going out of state. Great for kids and teens. We couldn't use our iphone with our plan here so we changed.

To me, they represent the low cost option for cell providers. Their service matches their prices though. Stay clear if you have the money to get a slightly more expensive plan.

Worst phone company! I called to ask them for a transfer code to switch carriers. They turned off my service before my bill was due! I didn't ask them to stop my service. Go else elsewhere.

It's a good price but it definitely is not good quality. My phone would not work anywhere and was constantly losing service. I think that overall you get what you pay for.

My new cricket phone has been glitching and freezing since day 1. Why pay 60$ when straight talk is 35$ and Samsung phones knock cricket out of the water

Okay inexpensive cell service, talk and text are okay, but data is SO SLOW! They warned me that it would be slow during peak hours, but I never had decent speed data. It was always slow.

Compromised Cricket Android cellphone services. Cricket uses virtual machines for their cyber criminal activities. I would never recommend these pre hacked services.
