So far so good. Purchased a policy through Total Auto Protect for my Jaguar F-Type and I'm pretty excited that I don't have to worry about the whole hassle when something breaks or is not working properly on my vehicle. Their customer service has been great cant wait to see how easy the claims process will be.

I saw Total Auto advertised and I called them. They gave me a good price and a good warranty. The rep told me the regular wear and tear was covered. Total takes the payments out of my bank account every month.

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. All I wanted was a confirmation email that I cancelled the service within the satisfaction guarantee period. Called at least 15 times and send several emails, voicemails, but no callback. The 844 and 888 numbers isted in the emails will not work. John M. is a rep who is all sweet when signing up, became the worst rep after signing up. Will not send an email of cancellation, gets very upset when asked for an email confirmation. Also talked to Matthew in the billing department. Both Mattew and John say 'you want an email cancellation confirmation for $100?" I sincerely believe that all the positive reviews are made up by bots. No way the way they talk to customers will earn any positive reviews that they gloat over every 1 min of conversation.

The different plans seem like very good options. My only problem was that although “monthly” premiums are being advertised, I was told by a representative there are no monthly premiums and I would have to pay the full price upfront.
