We have an issue with our vehicle and cannot get this group to call us back. The service center has tried at least once a day for a full week now. I have tried over three times a day for over a week. I have sent two email as well. NOTHING in response. I cannot even get through to their sales center.

This company promises to reimburse your payments if the warranty does not cover your car repair. It's been 3 months since the cancellation. No one answers the phone or they hang up on you. I am due a refund of over $800.00 and no word, no check no contact from the company. Bad business

This is an update for Wendell Brown's Review from Stockton CA. not Reno NV Patriot Warranty refunded 100% of the VSC only after threatening and following through with complaints and bad reviews. Shameful! Read reviews prior to doing business with these scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are questionable.

110% scam. READ your contract. Best advice I can give. There's a lot of moving components they allegedly cover, equally so they don't cover such as service bulletins. There's better companies out there. They promised me my refund on my cancelation 2 months ago. Still no check.

DO NOT GET A POLICY WITH PATRIOT! When you make a claim they will find a way to not cover the claim. In my case, they claimed a service bulletin was issued on my vehicle before I bought it that had not been addressed.
