I got the best deal with Omega. They helped me out with my truck. It was not running right. I had the heater fixed and for the maintenance oil. They do great work.

The person that signed me up misrepresented what the truth was. He didn't tell me the truth because he said that they change a fuel pump at seventy thousand miles and then when I called back they said that that wasn't true. I've used the warranty for an oil change, that's it.

The customer service is very good. They know what they are doing they said they good in when you talk them they're very polite but then the payback is very slow.

Cheaper than Car Shield but they don’t always get back to you when you want them to and it does take some time for them to reimburse you, it took me about four weeks to get my money for my oil change.

They are willing to work with me and adjusted the price to a level that I could handle a little better. I understand the benefits and the pricing. I recently used it for a refund for an oil change.

Most of the repairs that you’re going to do are going to be hundred percent out of pocket with this particular plan. The warranty doesn’t cover the stuff that regularly breaks on a car. I feel like it was a waste of money. A lot of the places I have taken my car into to have it serviced were not familiar with the process and it can be a little but cumbersome for them to have to fax over the invoice and getting approvals for the repairs. It is kind of a big process and I assume they do it that way to discourage people from using the service.

Have made one warranty clain thus far. Omega was very prompt and accurate in answering my questions and explaining what's covered. Mostly they worked directly with my service provider.

I like everything about Omega Auto Care except for how long it takes for reimbursement. If you pay out of pocket and do reimbursement it can take up to two months to get a check.

It takes a while to get ahold of someone in their customer service. They got my car fixed when it needed service done. I don't like that after you pay a premium each month that you have to pay more on top of that if you need something fixed.

The first time I used Omega’s warranty was for my rotors and with their help I paid for everything. The only negative thins was the time I took it to the dealership and it took months to get anything done.

Much room for improvement. The advertising suggests that bringing ones vehicle to a dealership is best, however i was faced with reconditioned parts and the insurer would only cover a portion of the labor expense. Not what i expected. I needed to cover almost 50% of the total expense for the repair, out of pocket.

WORST Company I have ever delt with in my entire life! Will never be going back and will never recommend. I had extended warranty on my vehicle and had it totaled and cancelled and requested refund did not even use half of the over 3,000 paid to them in full. It has been over 14 weeks with no pro rate refund and a a manager will not speak to me and says they are working on it and it has been sent out at 10 weeks. Am always hearing a different story from anyone i speak too. Says it is due to the post office. Nothing I have received has been more than a week late that’s from insurance, bills, online orders, anything. Was the worst go with another company that has you best interest would give 0 stars if I could. Do not deal with the pain and time this company has given me. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND REGRET EVERY PENNY SPENT ON THIS!

It looked like a pretty good deal because of the options available. I get cash back towards oil changes. It would be better if there was like an app instead of having to send receipts off.

Thank you for the feedback. Since the maintenance program is fairly new, we are continuously working on ways to improve our processes and make it easier to submit your reimbursement requests. To avoid it all together you can call us at the time of service, and we can pay directly to the shop instead. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office.

Omega Auto Care

I had to have my air conditioning fixed to a shop and they fixed it and I guess they paid for her now. Things might be higher if it wasn't so expensive for it and outrageously priced for a warranty.

I have not had any immediate problems with Omega. Overall the service has been great. About two months ago I did receive very poor service from a manager at Omega where it was a misunderstanding of a specific part on my vehicle being covered. I was very upset and proceeded to cancel service. I contacted the entity who signed me up and spoke with a manager there who did everything possible to keep me as a customer. He went over and beyond for me. Assuring my issue would be addressed. That manager saved a customer and I have not encountered any issues since.

Taishia,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review. We appreciate all feedback, and we truly appreciate it. I am sorry to hear you had an issue with someone in the past, and I will look into it and see what happened on our end. However, I'm happy to hear that you had someone go above and beyond for you and reassure you of the convener.

We trust that the road ahead will be smooth and that you will not run into any additional issues. We appreciate you staying on-board. Safe travels!

Sincerely,
