This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I tried to get a quote and they never did anything. I waited a week. I will never use this company

After sales customer service is no existent. And "Sebastian", the AI customer service feature, is a joke. Good luck trying to get a response from anyone.

Greg Loftis ,

Terrible customer service. I cannot get ahold of them- I have been trying for THREE days. Once they dump the car off at your place, you have NO support.

This experience is not for inexperienced car buyers. They prey on poor credit individuals and those that think a clean car fax equates to a car in good condition.

Terrible experience online with Carvana. They even delivered the wrong vehicle - a MANUAL car that was listed as AUTOMATIC!
