Waited 2 weeks and had to call them MYSELF for them to tell me they couldn’t sell me the car due to rust. How did it pass the supposed “150 point inspection” if there was rust? I had paid insurance and waited 2 weeks. To make matters worse they said I wouldn’t be able to get another car delivered for an additional 3 weeks. Read other reviews seem like this is a constant problem. Would not recommend. Waste of time.

Two delays in getting car talking 14 days. Or last car was totaled in an accident and after the initial week long schedule to begin with, we are now out another 14 days, costing us $35 a day for the rental. Carvana misrepresented where the car was which resulted in the initial delay and had a "truck breakdown" resulting in another delay. Offered $250 which is barely half of the rental fees incurred due to their errors

Weeks and several telephone calls later I still have the vehicle I was selling to Carvana. They made and offer and every time I called I was advised by an Advocate that I would be receiving an email regarding picking up the vehicle w/i 24 hours. Confirmed my email even with a test email, yet the offer expired and WEEKS and CALLS later I still have my vehicle. **SCAM ALERT - BUYER BE WARE!**

Awful! Sent me a car with a blown transmission. Then, argued with me about it, took me 2 weeks to have them send me a new car. Then tried to charge me more due to expired terms. Finally got new car after having to pay for rental, and they screwed up my plates. It’s been two months, and I still don’t have them. I can’t drive my car, because they can’t fix their issues, and now I’ve missed two days of work and they don’t care. I’ve chatted with 5 different managers who claim they are gonna help and not one has followed thru. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Almost bought a car from Carvana. First car I preordered but it never appeared. I eventually gave up and searched out another car. I almost got to the closing when their "free delivery" suddenly became $450. The promised out the door price was not what it would have cost me... so I didn't buy it. Doubt I'll bother with them again.

I accepted the offer to sell my car. I uploaded all the required documentation and never heard from anyone. The site says 1-2 days but after ten I had no response and the offer expired. When I resubmitted my offer, the offer was $500 less.

They offered me 100$ for my 2013 vw golf r with 55,000 miles, it does have a rebuilt title but in perfect condition, I’m not sure if this place is a scam or a joke, you can not even buy a recked car on the auction for 100$ I would not recommend this place to anybody!!

I purchased a 2017 Chevy trax. Upon receiving it we were informed of damage to the car by driving thru paint. Nearly $4000 in damage. They stated they would cover the damage however we returned because the hoops we may need to do to get repaired properly.

They delivered a wrecked car to me and I reported it once I realized the issue. They had me take it to a certified dealer. Then when it was ready to approve the fix on my car they denied it saying I never reported the issue in the first 7 days. I have did not have my 12K car for the first 6 weeks. Now I'm paying on a 12K car that is wrecked.

I Purchased my car and had it delivered. Upon inspection it had an oil leak. Apparently the 150 point inspection did not pick it up. I returned the car immediately. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

Horrible. I had a car damaged in delivery so picked out a new car and it has been rescheduled 4 times at this point. Horrible service I had friends who were looking at carvana and told them my experience and they ended up going else which is what I’m going to do as well

They delayed my pickup three times. Then the registration wasn’t completed until 2 months after I bought the car. They gave me a rental car, but it was a truck and I bought a car because I had a truck that was not gas efficient. The only good thing that was a positive was seeing the car come out of the vending machine.

love the car but they give you the run a ran on the registration. Been waiting for two weeks after the temporary tag was up. Not being able to drive the car and will be making the second payment while the car just sets there. Made 5 calls and each person said they will get back with me and they never do. Their follow up sucks.

It was the worse experience ever. It took 3 months for me to get my tags and registration every time I would call to find out what was the hold up I got a different answer. Just the other day I called to have an inspection location or date set up and call got disconnected and of course I never got a call back.

I don’t like the app at all. Every car in a decent price range is “pending purchase” every single time I get on the app. You waste a ton of time scrolling through pages of cars you can even buy it’s a waste of time. I’ll be deleting the app and going to a dealer.

I waited three weeks for my car to be delivered. The car that was delivered was a lower trim package. No heated seats, no leather seats, no lane assist etc. They offered me $250 off to just take that car, You can't get even one of those things for that. I was extreamly frustrated at the time I wasted, when I could have been looking elsewhere.

I think Carvana is a gimmick. I tried them when searching for my car, they were overpriced and couldn't really narrow down the vehicle I wanted. After buying my car locally, I looked to them to see what it was worth, they offered almost 20% more than I paid for it. I was tempted to take the offer, but just not sure how "real" Carvana is other than TV commercials.
