Every person working at carvana, with the exception of Crystal in underwriting and Tracy in Executive Team, have all been mad, negligent, racist, unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and discriminating in the upper mgt level!! My delivery has been postponed 3 times, and will be postponed for 4th time after I call them to file complaint on my nightmare, Lisa!! Lisa has been the most ghetto dealer employee I've encountered, contacted, mssg in the 3 1/2 months on mkt to buy a vehicle thus far!!! She called me twice, mad?? She canceled the 3rd delivery, demanding I re-sign another contract by noon, not taking into consideration that I cannot function physically until or after 3 p.m. My vehicle was scheduled to be delivered until 4:30 p.m. Driver advised me on first embarrassing delivery that as long as contract was signed during delivery, and I had proof that purchased vehicle was on auto insurance policy, he'd leave my car!! I did add it to my auto insurance policy to start by date given, only to find that they never brought the car on that day!! Now I have to go through the troubles to get it off!! Driver was rude, late, and brought car to me at dark, and don't even carry an I pad for customers to e-sign, in case contract not retrievable online to customer!! He was yelling across the street my business and personal information to me!! What was most humiliating was that he brought down the vehicle, with my neighbors watching, to later take it and put it back on flatbed!!! I had purchased the vehicle in full!! The funds were verified with my credit union, which took an hour and 3 attemps due to their lack of organization!! Beware of your MONEY!!! If this happened to me when I was paying for the Mercedes, CASH and in full!!! It would only mean that due to their negligence and discrimination against a Disabled, Gay Hispanic, they are only setting Carvana up for lawsuits!!! All of this occurred to me before signing their e-contract!! I'd rather have received my paid in full vehicle in a timely manner as they advertise, then to seek legal remedy!!! My recommendation to the wise and public is, if you are Disabled, Gay or Hispanic, and you want to buy a car from CARVANA is have time for haggling, discrimination and racism!!!

The front-end experience of buying the car was fine and efficient, and I provided a 5 star review. Back-end experience has been horrible and painful, such as getting my registration, plates and title. For example, just 24 hours before my temp tags were to expire (following numerous anxious calls and emails as the expiration approached), I received my registration. Carvana claims it can take up to 45 days following the 7-day trial period to receive your registration. That's because they didn't process the registration until 48 hours before the expiration. It's nonsense that it takes the state that long.. they sat on it. Oh, it gets better. When I was putting my permanent tags on, it appears the temp tags were attached in a unconventional method because the previous owner plates appear to have been removed so badly that the normal screw holes were damaged. No disclosure about that. Two trips to the hardware store later, I figured out a way to bolt my plates on. Last item... I was a cash buyer, so where is my title? This is the best part...... I was told 5-10 WEEKS after my registration was completed is when I could expect my title. Let's do the math.... it took five weeks to get my registration (because they sat on it) and add 10 weeks - means early November is when I'll receive my title. My car was delivered in early July, so it takes 15 weeks for a cash buyer to receive the title. Unbelievable and way outside the realm of normal. In summary, buyer beware because once they have your dough, they don't care. If someone did indeed drop the ball and not do their work in getting the registration to me in a timely fashion, then be honest and tell me.

DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. In my case I bought a 2017 Nissan Armada with a clean Carfax and nothing reported to me by Carvana. After 6 months paint started flaking off the back bumper. Imagine my surprise when a local body tech told me that it had be repainted and repainted poorly When I contacted Carvana they finally adminted THEIR body shop had "refurbished" the back bumper - Refurbish Repair no difference in my mind and this should have been reported to Carfax - I would not trust a Carfax on a Carvana car - they could be buying damaged cars, running them thru their mediocre shop and then passing off with a clean bill of health.

Don't trust the Carvana inspection or the 360 view. I purchased this car and loved it when it was first delivered. Within about 3 hours, I noticed the windshield was cracked. This was NOT on the 360 view of the car online, which surprised me because the 360 showed me every other bump and scrape. Carvana and their insurer silver rock arranged for Safelite to come take a look. I had to take time off work for this. Safelite informed me that the crack was something that had been repaired once before, and I would have to have the windshield replaced to truly "repair" the situation. Carvana and silver rock refused to replace the windshield. I was extremely frustrated, but decided to let it go. However, the first time I drove the car at night, I learned that none of the tail lights worked! I now had to bring my car into a real Mazda dealership to have it diagnosed and repaired. I'm now going to have to arrange some alternative transportation to work because the car is in the shop (within one week of owning it.) Carvana advertises a rigorous inspection prior to selling these cars, but I don't see what kind of inspection would miss the fact that the car had no tail lights. I'm now skeptical that there won't be other issues in the future. The experience of buying online seemed appealing, but I regret it. The time I "saved" buying through Carvana has been more than doubled by the amount of time I've spent with service issues and time without the car. I'm so disappointed and wish I had never used Carvana.

The car was delivered with issues. The indicators for the tire pressure were on and that was later found it (no help from carvana) to be a mechanical/system issue. I was also told that their system was down and they wouldn’t be able to give state inspection (lie), to get it myself and I’ll be reimbursed. Later on I found out the car was inspected by them and it failed , I brought this to their attention and they lied saying they have no idea of a failed car inspection and if so they would’ve informed me right away. I had the failed car inspection in writing and they still never admitted to it. Nor was I ever made aware of this issue and never offered a plan to fix or replace the car. I honestly wouldn’t waste my time or carvana ever again and prompt who ever is deciding about it to not. This company is extremely careless to their customers and have no trustworthiness or respect. I’m honestly devastated about this situation. I was sold a faulty car and was lied about it.

Bought a 2017 ford fiesta hatchback from Carvana in late February 2019, the car drove great at first and then I decided to keep it after there 7day return ripoff warranty and after their so-called 100-day warranty expired, the car began having issues. Currently, I am dealing with car electrical issues. I tried calling and explaining calmly but they refused to help me or be of any assistance because I was after my time to return... They DO NOT CARE about you as a customer and they DO NOT DO any maintenance while the car is in their care from the original owner. After you buy and the 7-day return is over with they could care less about the car or the customer. I highly advise to not purchase from CARVANA ever if you plan to buy a car. They claim an extensive multi-point inspection and that they replace any faulty parts or update anything that is in need of an update (oil change, tires, and more) to give you the feel of receiving a new car. But none of this actually happened after I had the car looked at extensively. I am highly considering calling my lawyer to open litigation against the company and its fraudulent claims and faulty products they sell. I should have heeded warnings when doing an initial review of the company but that doesn't mean we deserve to be screwed by a company who sells products with claims of making it drivable. I will give the company time to respond and reach out to discuss other options but if I do not then I will explore legal options to the fullest extent.

My husband and I were very excited to purchase a vehicle from Carvana. After hours of research and reading others reviews, we were happy to learn that the buying process and delivery were fast and easy, and Carvana had many satisfied customers. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what we had read. Choosing our vehicle was quite easy, and once we had chosen we began the process to purchase it. After submitting all of the required documents, it took THREE days for us to get approved. We live in North Idaho, which is not in Carvana's delivery area, so we had to have a third party delivery. This is where things got really frustrating. We were assigned a carrier and a delivery date that was 2 weeks out. Ok. That's not so bad, we can wait a bit. So we wait. A few days before our car is scheduled for delivery, we get a text telling us that the delivery vehicle had transmission problems and we would be assigned a new carrier and we'd be updated as soon as they found one. No other updates prior to that. So, another week goes by and we hear nothing. I call Carvana for an update, and AMAZING! They had JUST found a carrier, and we're about to call us right up! They assured us that they would notify us every couple days and they are so sorry it's taking so long. And then... NOTHING. No updates. Nothing. So a few days later, I call again. I'm finally given a delivery date range of June 5th or 6th. On the 5th, I STILL have heard nothing from the delivery company or Carvana. I call again, they tell me that it will definitely be here by the 6th. I finally hear from the driver on the 6th and he says it will be delivered at 1pm. Then it was 2. Then my car finally got delivered at about 4pm. Finally. A month after I purchased it. When we ordered the car it was disclosed that it had some small paint chips on the hood and on the back. No other scratches, dents, or damage. However, on inspection after receiving the vehicle, there were SEVERAL undisclosed scratches and dents, including a huge section of damaged paint on the front and a huge scratch on the console between the seats. NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS. But, there's no way I'm going through that process all over again. And on top of all of that, the car was so dirty. And covered in dog hair. It was disappointing, to say the least. And finally, since receiving the car, we have heard NOTHING from Carvana. No follow up to see how we like it, nothing. So, in summary, it took a month to get the car, it had undisclosed damage, and was filthy. And no one even followed up on our purchase. I don't think we would recommend or purchase again.

My husband and I just had the absolute worst experience with Carvana. The car we purchased was listed at a higher trim level than it actually was. After the car was delivered six days late, we immediately rejected it because it wasn’t the right trim and called customer service. The CS manager basically admitted it was a typo and said there was nothing Carvana would do to remedy the situation. We took out a loan that affected our credit, and now we won’t even buy a car from Carvana, meaning we’ll have to apply for *another* loan from another financial institution. This has been the worst customer service experience of my adult life - the car was late and wasn’t even what it was listed as!

My son just purchased a vehicle from CARVANA. The vehicle was delivered on 6/16/19. I took the vehicle on Monday 6/17/19 to have it inspected. To learn underneath the vehicle has a lot of rust. And CARVANA is claiming normal wear and tear. If you are going to purchase a vehicle from them. Please check and see where the vehicle is coming from. Because vehicles coming out of the midwestern and high humidity areas are the one with a lot of rust underneath them because they use a lot of salt on there road. I took the vehicle and have it inspected. Because CARVANA isn't inspecting the vehicle like the claim. And I have a friend with a disabled husband that purchased a vehicle from them. Took the vehicle on 6/12/19 to the dealer to have some work done under the powertrain warranty to learn that the vehicle has a salvage engine in it and the powertrain warranty is no longer intact because of the salvage engine. And CARVANA doesn't want to fix the vehicle nor give them another vehicle. Claiming they have had the vehicle for more than they 100 day limited warranty. And they wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if that had known that it had a salvage engine. There vehicle had only 38000 miles on it when they purchased it.

Purchased a car from Carvana. Everything took many days longer than the dates promised on-line. Got all my insurance taken care of as we are turning in a vehicle and needed to time the switchover. Finally got everything set and less than 12 hours from the delivery date, Carvana notifies me that some issue took place and that they were pushing the delivery date ahead by 5 days! totally unacceptable. I moved around business travel to be here and now I have to undergo the cost of doing that once again. Also, had to spend 45 minutes with my insurance company to change the effective date . Carvana on the phone....they really do not care about the issues they caused.....So what...there comment was "Do you still want this vehicle or what" My recommendation is to use someone else if at all possible. Really not what they promise. they actually promise next day delivery...however they push mine back nearly a week.

Was excited to receive the car we purchased through Carvana. Upon arrival it had a flat tire. It was tied down to tight and broke the valve. Wrong paperwork with the wrong car vin and info mixed in with the correct paperwork. Delivery guy said it was detailed, it was disgusting inside. Carvana did cover the costs to have it detailed but ewe. I needed a shower after sitting in it for 2 minutes. Communication with their side is horrible. Temp tags expired on May 6th.....its May 20th and no news on where our plates are....the car has been sitting. They just keep saying its processing. They did supply a rental car through enterprise but, go figure only paid for a week so rental was returned. This has been the worst experience buying a car and would rather spend 2 or more hours at a dealership to know that the process was done right and not by a company that cant get even the paperwork correct. They have not done anything to compensate for the mistakes besides paying for the detailing and rental for just a week. To top it off when checking to make sure maintenance was done the air filter was black (still factory) hasnt been changed and the oil was like hot tar it to has not been changed. It has 34k miles and this hasnt been done?!? Never again!!

I purchased a vehicle online from Carvana on Sunday of last week. The delivery was postponed from Tuesday to the following Saturday. I signed all the contracts a second time and waited until Saturday, when the car didn't arrive. After calling customer support, they allege that someone logged into my account and canceled the order. I objected. This was absurd as I had already purchased an insurance policy for the vehicle per Carvana's instructions. I had received 0 notifications that anything was canceled. Meanwhile another customer had purchased the vehicle. I told them I felt entitled to the purchase, since the error was not on my part. Carvana refused to acknowledge the error, deciding that the glitch in their system had covered their own tracks. My insurance policy cost $95 for the first installment. I was not awarded the contract for the car after their errors, and was treated coldly by customer service, who refused to anger the new buyer as they had angered me. This amounts to reselling sold merchandise and claiming immunity simply due to the fact that one's own corrupted records say otherwise.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Carvana... After picking out the car I liked, and scheduled the delivery, I got a call a few days later saying the delivery truck had broke down, it would be 5 days later than original delivery date. The day of the new delivery date, I get a call from the delivery gal, stating that the drivers side rear reflector had "gone missing". It was something they were willing to repair (but I would have to take it in to get an estimate, send it in to Carvana, then proceed to have the work done, send the receipt to Carvana and wait for a reimbursement check.)It was either agree to continue with the delivery, or choose another vehicle... I opted to continue with delivery. I also advised Carvana that I would be doing a plate transfer from old car to the new car, no problem. Did what was needed for that. In SC, we are required to pay property tax, so I headed to the treasurers office, and they indicated that since the plates I'm transferring are valid, just do to the DMV and let them know you're doing a plate transfer, no PTs are needed until the plates expire. GREAT! Go to the DMV, they can't do anything until the car is registered to me, so I spent half of the day dealing with all of that, just for Carvana Advocate to confirm, I didn't need to do any of that because of the plate transfer. About 2 weeks later, I get an e-mail from Carvana Registration team indicating they have not received the PPT receipt and cannot send out the registration until that's been done. At this point, I've moved out of state. So I call, let them know what I was told the last time I called about this, they informed me that I would have to call the DMV to see if I can pay the PT over the phone, if not, I'd have to go back to SC to pay them (mind you I'm now in WI)... in the meantime, I'm trying to understand why that's the case if I was told I didn't need to previously with my current plates being valid, and who I'm supposed to contact since both the DMV and treasurers office said I didn't need to take any further action... Eventually, they realized their registration team had overlooked the fact I was doing a plate transfer... Since my temp tags were still valid for another 3.5 weeks, they were fairly confident I would have the registration by the time they expired. This week, (3 weeks later), I'm trying to find out where the registration is as my tags expire in 2 days now, only to be told it was just processed TODAY, and they won't be in my hand until the 8th... Almost a month after all of this. So, I will be unable to drive my vehicle for 4 days (or until the registration actually comes), and their only solution was to put me in a rental car in between the time of TOP exp. and registration arrival... I live in a very small town, we have NO rental car places, it's over an hour away, and they have NO better solutions. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with the advocates here and wasted more time because people are clearly not doing their jobs... I'm beyond frustrated and should've known after the delivery incident that this would be nothing but a headache. I was hoping for a better experience as I would've been a returning customer with how easy the beginning process was as there was nothing to lose during the first 7 days, but I'm quickly realizing that it will all catch up after those 7 days... I would not recommend and will not do further business with this company. I'm beyond disappointed with this company, how they operate and with myself for trying to be understanding about the first issues...

I purchased a car through Carvana and had everything sorted out and a delivery date set for a few days before my current lease was up. About 1-2 hours before my car was supposed to be delivered, I get a call stating that the car was going through final inspection and the exterior was absolutely covered in quarter sized dents like it was pelted with hail or rocks. The hood, roof, and side panels were just destroyed. They said they were not even comfortable delivering it to me in that condition. I asked what my options were and they said to find a new car; This was not fixable. NO compensation whatsoever. I had 2 days to not only start my entire process over, but re-sort out the insurance and loan I had set up for this car. I frantically searched around and ended up purchasing a vehicle from Vroom instead and I hope that they do much better than this. I am glad the local guy called me to warn me of the condition, but the fact that they offered zero compensation at all for the whole mess of issues they caused was extremely disappointing. This was the worst customer service I have received from a company and will be sure to recommend avoiding this site at all costs to anyone I know searching for a car.

Horrible experience with Carvana. I ordered a 2015 Toyota Tundra Limited 2015. The picture online looked great. I paid cash and since I lived outside the normal delivery zones I paid the $399 to get the truck. The transaction was complete on 3/28/19, I did not receive the vehicle until 4/16/19. The truck was very dirty. Once I opened the doors there was mud and dirt everywhere. This caused me to inspect the vehicle further. I soon found peeling paint and overspray on the truck body. I decided to take it out for a test drive. Backing out of my driveway was very difficult and I could not understand why. I discovered that the wheels were much to big for the truck and hitting the swing arm. You could barely turn the wheel. I immediately called Carvana and wanted the truck shipped back. They offered to have estimates done for the paint and tires. I would be beyond the 7 day window at that point and be stuck with a lemon. I told them I wanted to return the vehicle, they argued with me and eventually made me pay another $399 for their mistake of not doing a decent inspection of the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a vehicle from Carvana. It will be a total gamble.

If this would allow me to give CARVANA a ZERO rating I would have. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had attempting to by a vehicle. I find that what they advertise “WE HAVE ONE STANDARD, THE HIGHEST” they claim 1 out of 20 evaluated vehicles get approved. I call them lairs, I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle from CARVANA delivery date was set for 01/12/2019 at 9am. Well 01/12/2019 came and it was not 11am and my vehicle had not been delivered yet, nor did I receive a call to update me on the status of my delivery. So, I called them my self and spoke to a very professional receptionist who went on to tell me that I will not be getting my vehicle and they apologize for not advising me of that. The receptionist went on to explain that when the vehicle was inspected ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY, they found the vehicle to have excessive body damage that was advertised on the web page. If every care goes through there so called 150-point inspection and only “THE HIGHEST” of quality vehicles pass the inspection, why did this vehicle #1 pass inspection, #2 when are the vehicles getting inspected? Day of delivery or before being put up for sale, I feel this would have been caught on an initial inspection. I was then advised I could wait 2 weeks for the vehicle to get repaired or chose a new car to get sooner. So, I chose a new vehicle only to be let down a 2nd time. My 2nd choice was to be delivered on 01/27/2019 at 9am, this time around I receive a phone call at exactly 9am on the day of delivery to be told, “we apologize but we will not be delivering your vehicle today upon inspecting the vehicle before sending it out we found that the engine compartment smells like something is burning and the transmission isn’t working”! Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridicules here I am now 3 weeks into a car rental and still no vehicle form CARVANS hassle free process where they claim “CAR BUYING SHOULDN’T SUCK” well in this case it was absolutely the worlds worst car buying experience I have ever had. Do they the only inspect vehicles on the day of delivery. I don’t believe they truly do a 150-point inspection or that only 1 car out of 20 passes their inspection. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CARVANA!!!!!

The details provided on the vehicles is great, the selection is great, but the prices.. a bit high. I am not sure I would use the site to actually buy a car, but I would use it to look at pictures and learn information about cars.

I got a nice vehicle but the registration and title problems are still haunting me a year later. Carvana never listed the Lein holder on the original Michigan title so I just refinanced the car and these clowns want me to pay again for thei error! I transferred my original license plate for 12.00 here and they charged me for a new plate in the loan for which I never got refunded! They sent me paperwork that has Julia on it and that’s never been my name ever! I’m never doing business here again FML

Was told on February 22, that the car purchased, with financing, on February 9, and scheduled for delivery on February 23, was to be delayed until March. Upon further inquiry via phone, it was eventually disclosed that the TRANSMISSION WAS BLOWN and they were cancelling the contract. How did they not know they were “selling” me a lemon and how long were they going to string me along with delayed delivery had I not called? Would they have delivered a 2020 car with a rebuilt transmission if I had not demanded to know what the delay was caused by? So dishonest.

So far my purchase has been rescheduled for delivery 5 times. All for transportation delays or missing the truck altogether. Not sure how this company has been in business 9 years. I ordered the truck 3 weeks ago. They have zero sense of urgency and really don’t care about the customers whatsoever. I did transportation logistics for 22 years and never once have I seen such ineptness. My customers would in no way shape or form treated this crap that’s being done to me.

Sure it was cool to be able to sit on my couch and pick out a car. But the process afterwards was an absolute joke. They delivered my car several hours after my delivery time, & the delivery driver gave me a MUG as an ‘I’m sorry for being late’ & now I have expired temp tags, and they said they ‘can’t issue me new tags’ for some lame excuse, and said they’re having problems with my registration because my mother was a co-signer on the car I traded in? Makes no sense. Will NEVER be ordering from carvana again. The service is an absolute joke. And will never recommend.

Bait and switch on finance interest rate. I was offered 3.59% for 24 months to finance $6922. My pay off amount on my trade in changed from $3300 to actual amount of $3400. Carvana changed my interest rate to 7.0% because of the difference. I knew there would be some reason buying a car from Carvana was a bad idea. They are no different than a dealership!

Carvana claimed, in writing, that they would deliver a car at a certain time and place. This was after the contracts for the vehicle were signed. Carvana reneged on the deal they themselves proposed, and said they could not deliver the vehicle ANYWHERE. They ran two consecutive hard checks on my credit, something Caravana denies. Experian and Transunion say otherwise. No car and needless hard credit checks.

My husband found a car he liked on Carvana and paid a $100 deposit to "reserve" it. He was told they would bring the car to him for a test drive within 3 days. After 5 days he called and was told the car "has already been sold". Also, Carvana had been unable to supply pictures of the actual car supposedly for sale, which seemed very fishy. And the icing on the cake? Turns out the $100 was NON-REFUNDABLE, although it does NOT say that anywhere we could find. Run, do not walk away from Carvana.

They scratched my car when it was shipped said they would fix it. I sent them a estimate they said the estimate was wrong in a email. When I called them they said it was too long and they won’t fix it. They never called or emailed me back about it. They won’t let me talk to a manger when I call them. I have to get a lawyer involved. Worst place to get a car from and worst customer service in the world. This company is nothing but scammers

Overall terrible customer service. Avoid their in house financing. Do anything you can to get outside financing. Bridgecrest is who they use and their customer service is non-existant. As far as pricing goes. You will have to deal with a salesperson at a regular dealership but you will get a lower price. Carvana's prices are higher than you need to pay.

Worst experience ever. Not only did I wait for forever to get my car but when it got delivered I had to vacuum out several areas inside, and I didn't have a temporary license so I could drive it. I have made several calls to carvana to try to get a temporary emailed to me and was on hold for 30 minutes just to be told it's not included in the registration fees and that someone would get back to me. I'm glad I have my car finally but I can't drive it yet. I will never purchase another vehicle from carvana not will I refere any one I know to them.

Total disappointment. Everything started out great. Thought this was going to be a smooth transaction. Then: Delivery delayed (flat tire) Delivery delayed (couldn't fix flat tire) Delivery delayed (had to order tires) Delivery delayed (who knows) Delivery delayed (no reason) Cancelled order. Paid a month's worth of insurance for no reason. Had to borrow a car for a month since this never arrived.

I purchased a vehicle from Carvana recently and every 2 weeks I'm taking it to the shop. I satisfied at first with the overall experience, but since I'm so sorry I bought into this Vehicle. I seriously believe I was sold a lemon. I will be taking the car for repairs for the 6th time and I haven't had the car 4 months. Wouldn't recommend buying a toy car from them.

I need to bye 4 tyres because other tyres also very bad condition ,Carvana advertising they provide a lot of warranty, garrenty extra but after you bye car they are talking very badly

I bought a car from Carvana in 2015 and had a lovely experience. Recently I tried to purchase a second. I was literally lied to by one of their representatives. The company refused to honor what their representative told me. This was all after I had to return an electric vehicle for the battery not being in acceptable condition and was trying to purchase a different one. Uuugghh. Carvana has gotten to big to be good I guess.

Carvana was extremely easy to work with and delivered a product better than expected for cheaper than I could find anywhere else.

The best place to sell a car, hot more than most dealers were going to give. Awesome. Sold my car in less than 25 minutes.

Good for pricing but still some work to be done on the license and title part also no one qualified to show you options on cars or to even take license plates off

Worse car buying experience of my life. I ordered a Mercedes 550 CLS. They called me at the last minute to cancel my delivery 3 times due to a suspension issue with the car so I cancelled the contract. I found another CLS I liked and they called me to say they had a logistic problem but would deliver it a week later, just got a text message that they have yet another delay. I’m done! Never again!

Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a 2016 bmw 4 series from them. Had 3 delays before the got here. No explanations whatsoever just a call saying that the car would be delayed a week followed by 3 days then by another week. One of the excuse was the weather, it was only slightly raining that day and cleared up pretty quickly. The car had more scratches than described when I got it. Had problems with tire pressure sensors and a tail light not working. Ended up returning the car because I didn’t want to deal with the headache. Never buying from them again.

As of Friday, I will be legally unable to operate my car in my state, because of Carvanas total lack of transparency during the registration process. Not only did I not receive the packet within a few days of delivery: it took almost 2 full weeks and several calls....only to be told they were backlogged. Now...here i am 45 days out and the temp plate expires later this week and Carvana FINALLY sent the title transfer yesterday...to the wrong business office.

Disappointing. Promised me 3 vehicles. Was approved through Car and as a referral from LendingTree. On 3 different occasions the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, paperwork signed only to be given excuses about delays 'roadwork', 'couldn't find the car It misses the truck', paperwork not signed even though it was signed multiple times. I finally decided NOT to sign again. A month or so later I get notice in the mail stating 'carvana' couldn't approve 'me'? Laughably. The interest rate is unscrupulous.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This company has disappointed me to the core! I bought my car in August 2019 and is now going into Dec 2019 with no registration and no official state tag! This is by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever endured with any company I've dealt with financially! They've sent me a total of 3 temp tags and have lost or misplaced my legal documents sent to them via fedex and that I had to get notarized. I would not recommend this car company to anyone!

I made the wrong decision purchasing a car from Carvana , after 8 days the car completely stopped in the middle of the road with no acceleration, then I finally take it to the dealership which they tell me something is wrong with the transmission and then to top it off I haven’t have the car for 2 weeks because I had to wait for Carvana to inspect and send out a new transmission.

Post purchase nightmare. They are blocking registration of the car despite everything being legal per my state. They then ignored me. The customer service kids just reread their scripts and never allow you to speak with a manager. Don't make the same mistake! Go to a real dealership that can legally register your car and won't give you the (teenage) silent treatment.

Total disgrace of a company. Bought a car through them; was set to be delivered in 48 hours. Got a call the day before delivery was supposed to take place and was told during "final" inspection it was found out that the starter and clutch were burned out. It had supposedly passed their 150 point inspection - but somehow the fact the car could not start was over looked? Absolute joke - please, please, please save your time and money and avoid Carvana like the plague it is.
