Michelle Mesa, AZ

I recently traded in a 2012 Prius for a 2019 Prius at AutoNation - not sure why I chose to go to that dealership. Interestingly enough I had seen a lot of advertising for the support that AutoNation does for Breast Cancer and did not see one poster in the showroom, nor was it ever mentioned to me that I should donate or that they donate to that cause. Anyway, my experience with AutoNation started off well enough except the salesman couldn't answer a lot of my questions about the new car. After dealing with a second salesman and being offered an exorbitant deal to fix my satisfaction, I left. I then went to Earnhardt Toyota (more on a review for them later) and got another car. I still feel that AutoNation should have done more to satisfy me as a customer - I have now spent way more to get the car I wanted due to the fact that the first salesman really did not know the features of the Prius. Still waiting for my refund on the protection plan that I was not told was from a third party and also had a deductible. Really poor customer service all aroudn.
