I drove a Mazda sedan for about 12 years during the years that I was a young mother. This was a great car for my kids and I and it got us around town with pretty decent gas mileage. Over the years the car got significantly more run down and it was more expensive to repair. I think that this would be a great brand to own for 8-12 years, but I would not hesitate to replace it to make sure that you are safe and not spending excessive amounts of money on repairs.

We owned a Mazda MPV for about 18 or 19 years and it continued to run reliably throughout that time. Three of my siblings and I all learned to drive in that car and it never had any issues with safety, although it did require us to replace the transmission about 14 years in.

I loved my Mazda 6. It was roomy and fun to drive. I ended up replacing the transmission (it had been a good car up until then.) I loved the car so much that I would have kept it longer, but we needed more seats for our growing family.

The car that I have right now is a Mazda Protege and it's very old. I've been so impressed that even though it's a 1995 that it still runs the way that it does with some few minor repairs! Really decent gas mileage and I love a good stick shift car.

I've had a car and a pickup. Both have done well. Not the absolute best I've owned, but good value for the money. I'd do it again when I need another vehicle. They run well, last a long time, and stay in good condition.

I love my 2008 Mazda CX-9. I’ve put over 130,000 miles on it and it still runs great! My interactions with Mazda dealerships have left me happy and satisfied. Would definitely buy again.
