Weav is a customer success platform that helps clients keep the customers they’ve earned.

The idea of Weav came from years of dealing with millions of business owners building their e-commerce and marketplace businesses. Unfortunately, the tools that are available today weren’t there a few years ago and that has created a disconnect between brands and their customers.

The primary purpose of Weav is to help business owners get more personal and human with their customers.

The Good

  • Free 14-Day Trial
  • Short Setup Process
  • Churn Metrics

Free 14-Day Trial

Users can try out all of Weav’s features for 14 days with zero commitment.

Short Setup Process

Weav boasts that most clients are up and running in just under 10 minutes. All users need to do is connect their payment solution (e.g., Stripe), then copy and paste a single script from Weav into the product.

Churn Metrics

Weav knows that churn is the enemy of every subscription company. While SaaS churn can be difficult to understand and measure, Weav helps measure churn as it relates to a business’s bottom line. With Weav, clients can see how their customer’s behavior today will impact their business tomorrow.

The Bad

  • Free Trial Consultation
  • Refund Policy

Free Trial Consultation

When consumers go to sign up for Weav’s free trial, they will be directed to a page that prompts them to sign up for a 15-minute consultation. While some customers may appreciate the company taking the time to ensure clients know how the program can help expand and grow their business, that might not be the case for everyone. The consultation might deter some consumers from signing up as it requires a time commitment on their part and they just want to test the product without feeling pressured to sign up for a contract.

Refund Policy

Weav’s subscriptions, advertising, and retargeting are non-refundable, and the company is not obligated to provide clients with a refund at any time.

The Bottom Line

Weav was built to help businesses better understand and serve their customers. Those interested in Weav’s services can try out the platform with the company’s 14-day free trial. However, there is no mention as to whether the company enrolls consumers in autopay, so we encouraged users to ask about this during their consultation.
