Needed our bathtub replaced after my mother moved in with us. We needed something that she could easily get in and out of without fear of falling. They showed us options and replaced it without any issues. They were great. I couldn’t of chosen a better company.

Heard about same day installation, but was skeptical. They put all my concerns to rest and in less than 6 hours they transformed my middle hall bath into a beautiful new shower and tub! Reasonable price and they helped me set up financing. Best feature? Lifetime warranty!

Had my bathroom remolded the week before Christmas , only have one bathroom & it took a week , we felt with it , but was also told we could buy what we wanted & they would install , not true so we took toilette back , they sold us a toilette for like 600.00 , i have to plunge it everyday , to get it to flush , never had that probably with my cheap toilette & sent in pictures of tile and wall tile being all measured wrong , it is now end of Feb. & We keep getting told next week they will fix it . But next week never happens it's been 2 months. The guy that did work was nice but when you pay 9,000.00 u don't want tile that you cover up because tile is cut wrong. I will keep on bugging them till it is fixed .

Bath Planet sent a sales person to our home to set us up with a remodel from bath tub to walk in shower. Scott W was the salesman's name. We discussed the fact we wanted the tub taken completely out and a new walk in shower installed. Mr W showed us pictures of the product and then asked to see the existing layout. After seeing the layout, he took some measurements. We discussed the materials and were advised the walls would be taken out down to the studs and ne product installed. We discussed the selection and decided we wanted Valencia on the walls and I believed this would be on three walls, wrong, it was only on 1 wall with almond on the end walls. We were told it would take approx. 2 months after the order was turned in to complete the manufacture of the materials, this was on Sep 7, 2021. We assumed this meant the materials would be ready to install on Nov 7 or thereabouts. Wrong again, the materials came in late December or early January, 2022.. The installer did not notify he was coming out till the day he was coming out. the ladies in the office were fairly good about checking with us until November. Then we had to call them to find out anything and the only thing we found out was the fact none of the materials were in the warehouse. The story was the same as I checked every other week. Finally when I checked on Jan 3, 2022 I was advised the parts were in and the installer was scheduled to be out in the next day or two if that was alright. We had doctor appointments on fourth and asked if it would be alright if he could come out on Wed, 5 January, 2022. That was okay with the office. We thought the installer would call and let us know approx, what time he would be outs. Wrong again so we called the offices again and they contacted Ryan P to find out about his arrival. He then called us. Ryan finished the installation on Friday Jan 7. He explained about the operation of the shower which was not the one we requested but it was better than having to wait months before getting what we had asked for. We were told to wait a couple of days so the sealant in the corners and joints to dry well. When I showered on Monday it was apparent the interior shower door needed to be adjusted to be sure water would not leak out the bottom. Also I had talked with Ryan about some extra grab bars that I desired. He had stated he would inquire at the warehouse to see if what i had inquired about was available and the cost. I had to leave a voice mail and waited for a call back. I did not receive a call back by Friday, Jan 10th so I called the office and it may have been Jan 17th when I called the office. The clerk that answered stated the manager was with a client but she would give her my name and number and have her call me back. She didn't call but gave the information to a Tom who called me on a Monday and after our discussion asked for a day to check. We agreed a day was okay. I still have not heard from Tom.

I should of asked more questions but will leave it at that. I am now dealing with a $29 activation fee for a credit card that we did not want, and did not approve to be activated. We have paid 17k off in 15 months and now receive a bill for $29 threatening to charge interest if not paid. We never activated the credit card! We will not use Planet Bath again.

I cannot recommend this company, in any way. It took months to get the job started and weeks to get it completed. The 1st "crew" they sent in did more damage than is possible to list. The regional supervisor at the time was very apologetic and had to do some of the work himself. Some things were not completed to our satisfaction and made the company aware but they did little to fix our issues. Within 12 months I called to have some issues looked at. A new regional supervisor. He agreed with the issues but the home office overrode him and they refused to agree. We were told, verbally, that, since we had received a $500.00 credit for our inconvinience that we no longer had a warranty. I asked for, but was denied, a written confirmation of our denial. I would stay away from this company in Colorado.

I would not recommend this company!!! We had a representative come out in 9/14/21 and we went through a bunch of things that we wanted done such as the floor the bathtub, knock the archway out, and lay trim around the floor window & door & install vanity/toilet that we paid for. Which really wasn’t much well when they knocked out the arch way they left a hole in the ceiling telling my husband he had to fix it, didn’t line the trim on the outside from the bathroom the the hallway up, said that their not doing trim around the door or window unless we pay them an extra 300.00 on top of the 20,000 that they wanted to do the project, the cocking wasn’t complete around the bathtub and a hole was cut in my vanity that didn’t need to be cut cuz the board could have just been moved down 2 notches! The job was not done in a timely manner we started this in September and the didn’t come out till march! They said only one day for the tub installation and another day for the floor because they were gonna have a team and they only sent one person so five days later we were finally able to use the bathroom. I had to call and ask for a copy of the contract because my husband didn’t get one and they refused to give me an itemized recipe saying they don’t do that….well they don’t want to give me one because they know their price gouging! I told my husband not to go through them and now I can say I told you so! I shouldn’t have to call the company to do their jobs especially when I’m paying 20,000 which would have been more than enough to do the whole bathroom with whatever variety I wanted! Please guys learn from are mistakes!

They used high pressure sales tactics and promised completion in 90 days. They did not get it done as promised and did not communicate with us. When we called they told us they were waiting for a permit. The salesman called a few days later and he told us they could not find a plumber. Installer used painters tape to make a straight caulk line and ended up peeling paint off the wall. They installed a soap holder in the corner and the material is so thin it flexes with minimal pressure. It was not a good experience and was overpriced for what we got.

Completely renovated our 1986 condo bathrooms, looks so modern now, showers was completely redesigned. Countertop is beautiful and new barn door there was a great idea. Highly recommend

THIS IS WORST THING I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE,I'M A DISABLED VETERAN WHEN CRAIG R CAME TO MY HOME HE NEVER SAID THIS WAS BID ONLY COMPANY AND WE DON'T GIVE PRICES OF OUR PRODUCTS OUT, TO ME OR MY WIFE. BUT HE DID TELL US ABOUT A H.I.S.A GRANT FROM THE VA BUT THATS ABOUT IT. SO HE SAID EIGHT TO TWELVE WEEKS BEFORE THEY WOULD START ,I SAID I WOULD REMOVE THE TUB AND THE REST OF THE THINGS ,HE SAID OH IT WILL ONLY SAVE YOU FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. NO RETURN CALLS IN EIGHT WEEKS SO CALLED TO SEE WHEN SAID HADN'T ORDERED FLOORING ,SO ORDERED FLOORING DIDN.T HAVE GREAT SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM SO THE VANITY CAME AND DIDN'T OPEN IT UNTIL THEY CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION,BROKEN SINK HAD TO REORDER VANITY. FROM THE 14TH TO THE 16TH INSTALLED THE SHOWER AND THE FLOOR THERE CREW DOES EXCELLENT WORK , MY WIFE DIDN'T LIKE THE FLOORING SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL THE NEW FLOORING IF WE GOT IT. MY WIFE THOUGHT THERE WAS A SHOWER SEAT INCLUDED WITH THE PRICE AND THE BASE WAS SUPOSE TO BE 36 INCHES,BUT WASN'T IT WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF SOMEONE HAD CALLED AFTER A MONTH AND SAID DID ORDER YOUR FLOORING OR DID WE MISS SOMETHING. SHE GOT A FOLDING SEAT.WHEN OUR NEW VANITY CAME IN WE CALLED THEM,WE WILL BE OUT ON THE 23RD OCTOBER TO INSTALL NO SHOW THEY CALLED TO CANCEL THAT,SAID BE OUT THE 27TH NO SHOW CALLED CANCELED,CALLED THAT SOMEONE WILL STOP TO SEE WHATS LEFT ON 28TH AT 4P.M. NO SHOW CALLED AT 7P.M. LET HIM KNOW ABOUT THE FLOORING ,SUPPOSE TO COME OUT29TH OWNER CALLED SAID THAT DON'T DO FLOORING FREE GIVE ME QUOTE OF 1200.00 DOLLARS FOR INSTALL OF FLOOR ,I SAID I WILL THINK ABOUT IT,CALLED AROUND TO LUMBER LIQUIDATORS FOR A QUOTE 300 TO 600 DOLLARS BUT SIX TO SEVEN WEEKS ,CALLED KEN BACK SAID TO DO THE FLOOR SO NOW HE GIVE 100 DOLLARS OFF THE 1200 DOLLARS IT JUST 44 SQUARE FEET. SO THEY CAME AND FINISHED THE BATHROOM ON THE 30TH OF OCTOBER. SO CALLED THE COMPANY ON MONDAY FOR PAPERS FOR COMPLETE JOB THEY SAID THEY DON'T RELEASE THAT INFORMATION,TEXTED CRAIG FOR PAPERS FOR H.I.S.A GRANT FOR VA REFUSED TO GIVE IT UNTIL APPROVED BY VA BUT YOU NEED THE PAPER WORK FOR THE VA FOR APPROVAL THEY MAKE SURE THE VETERANS DON'T GET SCREWED. ANOTHER THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THE ALL THE PRODUCTS THEY ORDER FOR YOUR JOB, IF THEY DON'T USE THEM ALL THEY GO IN TO THERE STOCK. MY LEFT OVER FLOORING WENT INTO THERE FREE STOCK ,SO THEY GOT 16 SQ,FT. FREE. SO WHAT FREE STOCK PRODUCTS DO THEY USE ON YOUR JOB DO YOU THNEXT CUSTOMER PAYS FOR. IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER I WOULDN'T CHOOSE THEM THERE KOHLER AND OTHER PRODUCTS JUST AS GOOD,THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS SEEING THE PRICES AND MATERIALS AND TIME. THIS COST 11672.00 DOLLARS AND POSSIBLE THE 6500.00 GRANT FROM THE VA. SO BEAWARE OF BATH PLANET AND KEN M RENOVATIONS

High pressure salesman and I caved. Very expensive. I decided to back out and now I haven't heard a word about cancelling my order. I feel like they want to ignore me so it goes past the 3 day cancellation time frame that is allowed.

Don’t waste your money on these acrylic cover up systems...will cost you more later ! These systems are designed to “ cover up “ dated bathrooms with acrylic walls, tub liner and lots of caulking. Looks nice at first but in our experience within a couple years we started dealing with caulking issues and then a crack in our tub liner. Lifetime warranty.....Right !!! Company offered to send us a new replacement tub liner with the shipping and installation expenses put on us. These systems are bandaid solutions. A good local handyman can renovate your washroom properly for roughly the same cost without dealing with issue like we’ve had with this Bath Planet system ( BNI Acrylics )
