There are not Chase Banks in northern Florida. This is an issue for many students who wish to have services here. That is very discouraging. Other than that, I love chase, they look for friendly approachable workers.

Amazing bank, will notify you immediately if there is suspected identity theft. Really efficient customer service, only downside is the relatively high monthly account fee.

I will never open a bank account with Chase! My husband and I tried to open a joint account when we were first married and it was awful! Their system crashed on us twice while we were sitting with a representative. On the third time, we got all the way to the end and signed all the paperwork, and then when the rep was entering in one final piece of info, their system crashed AGAIN!!! After sitting there for almost two hours, we walked away empty handed. For a publicly traded company, you’d think they’d have a system that works.

Chase Bank accepts third party checks and I like that. My dad sometimes gets a check written to him and he dont have a bank account but Chase accepts his check when i deposit it into my account.

It does the job. Haven't had any problems. The online banking is super easy to use. The customer service at the branches has always been great. Fees, if I have any, have been negligible.

I needed to cash a check a customer had paid me with. I dident have an account at Chase bank. Chase bank wanted my social security number and personal information just to cash the check.. on top of that they wanted to keep $5 to do the transaction.

The Customer Service is in the Philippines and when I ask for someone in the USA USA they call me a Stupid American and then they hang up on me. They do not even know the Correct date and time in the USA and the different states!!

They make every step hard for a small business and my time. I have to show my account number, ID when making change for my store. It is easier to make a deposit at the ATM then going into the bank!

As an employee from a company who uses Chase daily, i've been very disappointed in how they treat me, a customer. I bring business from 10 different accounts, and everytime i walk in to make a deposit, i get treated like im in the wrong for bringing in so many deposits. I've been tempted MANY times to change banks.

I live in Citrus county Florida, There are NO Chase branches here. The nearest one is 30 miles from my home. There used to be two ATMs in Walgreens. Guess what, They took them out. I guess I will transfer out to BAC..

The bank side of Chase is good but their credit card side of the bank is intentionaly misleading and has poor customer service.
