Geico is fine, and they are cheaper than most, but their claim service wasn't as fast a anticipated. I waited two days to hear back if my claim was going to be processed. And after an accident it's a stressful time, so waiting for the insurance to call, unfortunately heightens all anxiety that could be avoided with quicker service.

They have been very challenging to work with and you have to call and wait on hold for a long time. We were hit and 3 calls and we finally got someone to give us an estimate but they all told us different ways to get it done. One was sending pictures and 2 people told us that and sent a link. It has been very challenging.

I had Allstate for many years and was denied a roof claim multiple times when contractors had verified that I had hail damage. Friends told me that Allstate was known for denying roof claims. I switched insurances and the new company approved the new roof.
