Had been insured by Allstate for almost 10 years with no accidents or tickets and my insurance rate almost doubled. Left them for California Casualty and have had a reasonable rate since.

I have had All state Home and Auto for 15 yrs. Paying too much for both. Agent is great. Customer service is fantastic. Think that is why I stay.

I loved all state auto insurance in the beginning the 1st few years but at the end I had an agent that was very sarcastic and basically just mean so I dropped them

Allstate's prices are higher than Geico's. However, Allstate tries harder to interact with their clients. So, pick your poison?

This is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. I had them while I was living in Texas and my monthly rate changed every month on 2 vehicles. No one could tell me why. So i left them and went elsewhere

Allstate will take good care of you, but their premiums seem to be on the higher end for car insurance.

All state is decent, but a little over priced. I had them for about 6 months before i got tired of overpaying and I switched to a different company.

best decision was switching from Allstate to Geico. Allstate agents only care about the numbers and not the paying customers. The Agents were always rude over the phone and over spoke me when i was trying to speak.
