The Bad

Interface is not intuitive
Geared for business not individuals

The user interface is not very intuitive and might take a customer some getting used to. Sophos might be more geared for businesses than for individuals, though there is also a home edition of the software. The variation in price doesn't doesn't give a firm understanding of the products and their cost value.
