Universal Studios is an expensive day for a family its great option if you want a change from Disney. I must admit the new Harry Potter land is terrific this is a High Point unfortunately there are some low points like cost of food, long lines, healthy food options and rides that are worn down. They try and upsale you to a fast pass making a day in the park even more expensive.

A family vacation of course. It was very neat with lots to see. The bummer was that there were too many people. This is great for the business because they are guaranteed to make money. They can charge less but the customer looses because all the attractions are ridiculously crowded

After visiting other amusement parks in the area, my visit to Universal Studios was a bit disappointing. I didn't see as much variety in their offerings as other places, the customer service was nothing beyond normal, and it was not cheap!

Universal Studios has a lot of fun rides, and a lot to do, but where it drops off from the top theme parks is it's customer service. The workers aren't very nice, and there is a rushed angsty feel being around them. Everything at this park seemed strict, and while I had fun, I wasn't able to relax as much.

This theme park is exciting to go to it’s a little bit different from your regular theme parks I feel that the lines were extremely too long and that something they can work on

Universal Studios is great for tourists in Los Angeles because they offer both tours and attractions for guests. The only downside is that it is fairly limited in attractions making it doable in a single visit.

Too crowded and busy for my taste. Couldn't enjoy all the rides because the waiting time was over one hour in most of them.

I think that Universal Studio’s Theme Park is better than Disneyland, but I think that it still is over priced. I would go somewhere else.

Living in Florida all my life, I've been to this theme park numerous of time. Love the stimulators but needs a few more rollercoasters.

I don’t like how all the rides are virtual reality. They make most people sick. I do love the other rides. The studio tour is always my favorite.

Great entertainment. Not a great place for little kids. But we loved the Harry Potter stuff.

Awesome simulated rides, but fast pass rules have changed and long lines if no fast pass

It’s so fun. Although the lines are long for rides and some of the rides are lame. It’s a fun place

Very fun, The lines were terribly long. The food wasn’t as good and were very expensive for small amounts.

I really enjoy the park. However they need to do better when displaying the wait times.

The rides are exhilarating but the lines for them and the price is not worth it.
