Like Disneyland, California Adventure is a little pricey but very worth the experience! My family and I especially like going when we purchase the two parks together for a better price. It's really fun to go early in the morning because the lines are more manageable and it's easier to be strategic about maneuvering the park during the slower times of day. The employees are fun and energizing, there are lots of food options, albeit a little expensive, and the rides are honestly the best amusement park rides I've ever been on. There are more intense and exciting rides, there are classics for everyone like the swings and ferris wheel, and there are fun, low stress rides that little kids can enjoy as well. :)

My children loved going to California Adventure park. Overall it was a fun but I have a special needs son and we were trying to get accommodations for him as we were told by our doctor that the park helped with it and the customer service employee was quite rude and short with me when I was getting info about it. I understand that there are probably people who take advantage of this but my sons disability is evident just by looking at him and I felt like I was being questioned to have to prove it.

Not my favorite Disney attraction. Some parts are a lot of fun, but it seems so different than Disney intended. It is very commercial and more of a sell Disney than I like. My grandchildren love the rides and I will keep coming. I loved Soaring over California and wish it would have stayed the same. Cars is great. I think the carnival area is a bit much. More money to have fun is hard to handle.

It’s kinda Disneyland with a fun different twist. My favorite part is by far when we got to take a tour of the sourdough bread Company which is in San Francisco area in real life. I love going for the samples I know it’s hot it’s nice to go into a place that is not in the sun. If you’re into drinking wine there’s great places. Bugs life is fun for the littles. I kind a like this more than Disneyland

The rides in Disney California Adventure are so much more than amusement park rides. They are really experiences that cater to all the senses. Soaring Around the World in Disney California Adventure is one of my favorite experiences. Cars Land is like stepping right into a scene from the movie. The customer service at Disney California Adventure is superb.

My older kids enjoy California Adventure more then Disneyland. It has such a fun atmosphere and is always very clean. We try to go when it is not as crowded, but the ticket prices make it hard to frequent.

I love Disneys California Adventure. It definitely has more thrill rides which is nice. Although I feel like it lacks some of the magic from Disneyland I feel like California Adventure is supposed to put off a different vibe anyways. The quality of the rides are great and I love how they are evolving.

Amy Christian ,

It has all the same cleanliness and attention to detail and style as Disneyland, just missing some of that nostalgia, yet have to pay the same price and it’s smaller. I liked the rides, but didn’t love them. I do like that you can get a beer there! But I think I’ll stick with Disneyland from now on.

California Adventure seems to be the teenage version of Disneyland. More adventurous, thrilling rides. We were disappointed when we heard Tower or Terror was being changed, but the Guardians of the Galaxy ride is more than we could have hoped for. Fun shows, great food, best rides.

California Adventure is a must if you are going to Disneyland. We got the park hopper passes and went back and forth between the two parks. California adventure is more fun for our teenagers. The food is ok priced but seems to be good quality. It is a clean amusement park and the bathrooms always appeared freshly cleaned. A+

We went to California Adventure for the first time this year. It was a good experience and I'm glad we went, but I probably won't go back for a long time. I just don't like crowds and it seemed expensive. Still, fun for my kids.

Disney California Adventure, unlike Disneyland, is a smaller park. If you are planning to go to California Adventure, get the tickets that make it so you can go in both parks. California Adventure has great rides, but there aren't many rides.

My second favorite amusement park (just barely after Disneyland), California Adventure is a continuation of great entertainment for the entire family. We especially love the Animation Academy at mid-day. I place to cool down, relax, and allow the creative juices to flow. The Disney cast members are simply the best.

If I had to choose between California Adventure and Disneyland, I would choose Disneyland because of the traditional rides and the shady areas throughout the park. California Adventure has some great rides but it feels so hot and dusty because of all the concrete everywhere and not enough green areas.

I like that this is the park that offers more action and adventure than Disneyland. My kids love Disneyland for the characters and rides, but I like it that I can go across the way and have great roller coasters and rides that make everyone happy!

This is a great place. It is right next to Disneyland which makes it convenient if you have kids that want to go there. Disney California Adventure has bigger rides than Disneyland so it might be better for older kids or adults.

Just as wonderful of a place as Disneyland. I love going here with my family. Even though it is on the pricy side it is worth it. It does make it easier on us that we do have military benefits.

It was fun to go once to California Adventures. I wish there were more rides than shows. When my family had to choose which day to go to a theme park in California I wouldn't suggest doing this more than one day.
