During our short flight from Johannesburg to Capetown the air hostess asked my sister and me if we'll be fine with moving to the seats in First class because they might experience an imbalance during the flight. We happily agreed only to realize we were seated with the national rugby team of South Africa! Best Flight Ever!!

I have flown South African Airways for international flights to South Africa and Zambia. The seats are roomier than standard domestic flights and the customer service is awesome. The provide "sleep time" by dimming the lights to help minimize jet lag.

South African Airways has very comfortable flights when traveling from the USA to many countries in Africa. They take great care of passengers and provide some nice extras on the flight.

South African Airways is the most reliable option for travel to and within Africa. They have amazing customer service. I had a problem with my airline ticket once and the agent went out of their way to help me.

I have flown on South African Airways multiple times. The flight attendants are very helpful and friendly. South African Airways makes long flights as comfortable as possible with snacks, meals, warm towels, and dim lights.
