The services that air China provided on my flight with extremely well world class. The flight and the services was buttery smooth and made that experience worth the money and the time committed to this airline. The pilot are Well experienced from the experience of their take off and landing.

Air China is one of my favorite airlines. It has uniform service standards and comfortable seating. All flight attendants have a good attitude. The foods are tasty most of the time. The only downside is that sometimes the corners or small tables are a little dirty.

Booking and checking in for the airlines was relatively smooth with little to no delay. The airplane was clean and the Flight Attendants were quite nice. The food was okay for airplane food but there was a lot of entertainment available in terms of movies that I could watch. Definitely a trustworthy airline.

These guys usually have the best price on flights to Asia from North America. As such, I don't expect to receive great service, but it's always on par or better than what I feel like I've paid for a flight. Highly recommend them if you are going to China and don't mind sub-par in-flight entertainment or food.

Flew to Asia with Air China and was very surprised by the quality of the trip. Great amenities and every flight attendant spoke perfect english. Would definitely choose again.

Air China gets you to point A to point B. Every fight I've been on has been completely full. They do not always speak English, but each flight has still been easy to communicate and was never late.

When I flew with Air China I thought their planes were a bit unclean and older. I also didn't feel like their customer service was a company focus. Their departure and arrival was as advertised but the actual flight experience was nothing noteworthy.
