This platform is extremely user-friendly so it is perfect for someone just starting from scratch building a website for the first time.

There is not much freedom in using this website. It really limits you with what you can do. I'd honestly find it easier to just code using HTML and CSS. It's simple and easy to use if you really are not good with technology.

WordPress made it extremely easy to build a website. So easy that someone like me who has absolutely no computer techy skills could do it, and make it look good!

Pretty easy to use, but still some areas that I don’t fully understand because I’m not very tech savvy. It works well for my needs, though.

I have found all the add ons and services they offer to be very confusing. They always seem to be calling me trying to get me to upgrade what I’ve got, even though I don’t understand why.

Word press is the least expensive way to go but sometimes I feel like the websites don’t look as professional as some of the other website building companies.

For the free service it does good job. I don't like how many adds on your site though. I wish they could make it look a little cleaner with the adds.
