If you decide to work with HTMLPanda, you should be aware of the company’s payment terms. HTMLPanda requires a 50 percent upfront payment for all development-related services. Conversion services require a 10 percent upfront payment.
All remaining payments must be paid upon completion of the work, before the final file delivery/installation on the server/going live. If you want HTMLPanda to work on your server (or your client’s server), the payment must be made 100 percent upfront without any negotiation.
Contradicting Free Support Times
When going through HTMLPanda’s website, the company first states that clients get 60 days of free support with its Panda Benefits.
However, the company’s FAQ page says that clients will receive free support for 90 days (after completing a project). It is unclear which is the correct number, so we recommend contacting the company directly for more information.
The Bottom Line
HTMLPanda is dedicated to providing its clients with everything they need — at least when it comes to web development. The company consists of passionate and experienced developers and designers capable of handling all types of web requirements. HTMLPanda is excellent for startup companies but also offers a variety of benefits for agencies.
Although the company does not disclose any pricing information, be prepared to pay 50 percent upfront. Tthis is only for development services; you’ll only pay 10 percent for conversion services.
