We would also like WebAir to disclose their guaranteed uptime as well as a refund or credit system in place for when there is downtime. Most companies in the industry guarantee a 99.99 percent uptime with a 30 day money-back guarantee. We expect WebAir to provide something similar to stay competitive in the industry.No Unlimited Data
WebAir puts limits to their customer's bandwidth and storage. Many larger companies are now offering unlimited or unmetered data on a lot of their plans. We would like to see WebAir offer customers unlimited bandwidth and storage as well. This would make their service more competitive and more desirable to customers.
