High Customer Service Availability

Verio has several good things going for it, ensuring that its customers are, for the most part satisfied. Verio's platforms ensure robust product functionality, many free tools for customers, and one of the most secure web hosting environments in the industry. The hosting options also include 24/7/365 live support without any added costs to the customer. Verio also offers fast loading for web users, a service that is unique to the industry. We appreciated the functional ticketing system for clients online, as well as robust customer support that is available 24-hours a day.

The Bottom Line

Verio offers a limited three packages for shared web hosting. This does not allow for much customization or scalability for customers. For very simple websites, Verio may be a great fit. For those who need more than the most simple website, we do not recommend using their services at this time.
