We found that StartLogic had a relatively high number of positive features for its customers. Some of these features included:- A choice of site-builders, a blog, and a photo editor
- Unlimited POP email accounts for its higher end products
- $200 worth of marketing credits for Facebook, Google AdWords, and Yahoo/Bing
- Extensive Google Webmaster tools
- Commerce features, including PayPal
- Marketing guides
- An extensive analytics paradigm
Unlimited Storage and Bandwidth
We also found that StartLogic offered customers good storage options for a relatively affordable price. For its two higher end products, StartLogic offers unlimited bandwidth, storage, transfer, and traffic. Unlimited storage and bandwidth is becoming more common in the industry, and we applaud StartLogic for offering this to their services.The Bad

Customer Complaints
We found that long-term users had some issues with StartLogic. One client reported that their site had been taken down after violating 13 obscure points of StartLogic's terms and conditions. Some customers complained that the VDeck was too complicated to use for non-IT professionals. Some clients also complained about the slowness of downloads for large files.Limited Hosting Options
StartLogic offers some web hosting options, however they do not offer as much as some of their competitors. We would like to see StartLogic extend their services to include cloud, dedicated and managed web hosting options. Having these services provides more options and customization for customers who would benefit more from plans that included these hosting options. Lacking these three options greatly limits their customers.The Bottom Line
