PulseSecure has grown to become an industry leader in a very short time. The company was founded in 2014 and serves over 20,000 customers with their products daily. PulseSecure has over 1,800 partners selling their enterprise security solutions. Adding to their reputation are several awards which recognize the company's products and over 200 patents which are held by PulseSecure worldwide. PulseSecure's product line includes servers for companies to use when establishing and maintaining their VPN. In addition to supplying these products, the company supports their products with support. Those interested in PulseSecure's products may request a free demo online from a product specialist.

The Bad

Undisclosed Pricing
Not a VPN Provider

PulseSecure offers solid security via their servers. The company does not offer VPN services, rather the hardware which is necessary for a company to create a VPN. The company does not disclose their pricing, rather they setup demos for interested IT professionals and develop a plan for their specific needs. As PulseSecure simply provides the hardware needed to create a VPN, the Review Team cannot rate them as a VPN provider. The criteria used by the Review Team to rate VPN providers uses features which are dependent upon other factors, rather than the hardware itself.

The Bottom Line

For those looking for a personal VPN, PulseSecure is not a good option. They do not provide these services to individuals. Rather, for companies setting up a VPN or upgrading their current network, would do well to explore the options which are available for them from PulseSecure. In spite of their relatively short time in business, they are considered a solid option and growing leader in an industry which is well-known for companies which only remain in the field for a while. In spite of a lack of information available about the company's products, due to their practice of disclosing information only to customers after a demo, the Review Team is confident recommending PulseSecure for businesses.

I have this downloaded on my laptop to be able to safely access files from my work desktop. It was as a lifesaver when we were sent to work from home for almost 3 months. I work with confidential information and safety and privacy is very important for my job.

I went with Pulse Secure as a free trial VPN. I’m not tech savvy but found it was easy to install with basic instructions. When my trial ended it was only natural for me to continue on with a plan!

We were very pleased with the Pulse Secure Company and what it had to offer. Very simple to operate and monitor. So easy to operate and the online help was awesome in getting setup.

Pulse Secure is amazing VPN. I used it daily and speed was good. Was provided by my previous company to all the employees. Gave a very secure connection and easy to sign on.
