Airbnb as a service has a great app and software. Everything seems to be great. The real hit or miss here is the quality of the apartments and houses that they advertise. Pictures can be deceiving. I have had some great stays and some really crappy ones.

We used Airbnb once, we will never use it again. We were able to get accommodations in a ground level basement of a house in Utah. The host lived upstairs, but the unit had it's own entrance. We arrived at about 5pm and my husband was able to get the key from the host with ease. However, at about 6pm the host had some friends over and it was very loud. You could hear everything they were saying, doing etc.. But it was still kind of early so we decided that we would go get some dinner and hopefully the guests would be gone and we could relax. Not only were they still there when we got back around 9pm, but they were there until after midnight with no regard to noise levels. The next day the host did apologize to my husband and said that the guests came over unexpectedly. But then it came time for us to leave and the host advised that if we left a good review and didn't mention the noise from the 1st night, then she would leave a good review for us too. Like...what...?? You are going to give us a bad review for being truthful. So, we decided that if that's the way Airbnb hosts get away with having 5 star reviews then it wasn't a very trustworthy business model.

With Airbnb we found the best place to stay for our vacation and loved it! We stayed in Boston, Massachusetts and found the cutest little house to stay in. We really enjoyed the experience, and the hosts were very easy to work with. Will use again!

My go-to website/app to look for places to stay when I travel is Airbnb. I love that you can get the whole house, condo, apartment to yourself and it is usually cheaper than staying at a hotel, and you get a bigger space too! I've stayed in plenty of Airbnbs and I plan on staying in many more as I expand my travel destintations.

When I was studying abroad in Italy, I used AirBnB to book all of my stays. From Positano to Amalfi coast, the website has always been there for me and I know I can find a nice, affordable place to stay anywhere in the world.

Airbnb provides an easy way to stay in places that feel more like home. I stayed in a beautiful cabin along nature and a creek. The people were incredibly friendly and understanding. Airbnb as the corporation is incredible because it allows people to become business owners by applying through the resource. Most Airbnbs I have been it have been maintained well and the service is extremely easy to use. I've never had a problem with ratings or anything.

I love this app because it always helps me find great quality Airbnbs at a low price. Whenever I travel, I usually look for Airbnbs before I check hotels and I always do this through this app. A definite go-to if you are traveling!

I really enjoy using Airbnb because it provides quality stays in areas all over the world. I usually use this platform to find luxury stays for larger groups. Perfect for family vacations! There are some rentals that should be reviewed because there can be times where what is advertised is not what is provided. However, this instance is a very rare occasion and Airbnb assists well with that.

Much better alternative to hotels while travelling. Had to cancel a stay due to COVID-19, but they were able to refund it with credits to use within a year. Not sure if they keep that same policy now that the pandemic is dying down.

I have rented a couple times from airbnb. It's pretty easy to rent and I like their searching ability. The only thing I don't like is how high their costs are. I have friends who say they are charged on their end as well. However, I guess it's fine since they do provide the market.

Creative business idea as a whole. Every host I've stayed with has been excellent, and rates are below what I might pay for a hotel of similar quality. It does limit flexibility on timing just a bit, but I find it to be 100% worth the perks.

I have had nothing but a great outcome from each Airbnb. What a great idea!! My family and I have loved being able to rent a large home for us to all be able to travel and stay together. The listings are reliable and are as they say they are. The process is clear and easy. I am a very happy customer.

Airbnb offers the best deals for our family vacations. It's much more affordable to reserve an Airbnb and have access to a kitchen than getting multiple hotel rooms for our family. We had to cancel a reservation due to covid and we had great customer service and easily got our money back.

Airbnb is an amazing service to find your home away from home. You can search your desired vacation or getaway spot and within seconds, receive thousands of options. The best part is you can filter your search by price, location, dates, and many more. This helps enhance your search even more. I love Airbnb.

I have had many experiences with the Airbnb website and have the opportunity to book different homes wherever I may choose. I think a benefit of using this is the ability to look at various and homes and specifically choose what factors are important for your accommodation using filters. Although I have not experienced a bad Airbnb, there are some cases where the homes may be misrepresented which is why it is important to read past reviews and research that location before booking.

Airbnb does a good job of being transparent, and helping renters to feel like the owners are real people. I've enjoyed my experiences booking with Airbnb. With fees and everything shorter stays end up being more expensive than a hotel, but longer stays can be more comparable.

A better way to travel! So much more efficient and cheaper than standard hotel/motel stays. Getting and airbnb is often more more pleasant than going to a big chain hotel. I travel quite a bit and airbnb takes all the hassle away!

What I like the most about Airbnb is the novel business idea of home-sharing. And it works so much better than hotels in a lot of different scenarios. Airbnb has definitely upgraded my travel plans. It's hard to plan financially though because you cant anticipate how much a maintenance fee will be until you're ready to buy, which is annoying since it is often 50% of the total cost to rent.

The few times I have used Airbnb have been positive experiences! I stayed at two different places during a multi-day trip and was pleased with the people. The app also has a nice user interface. I've heard of people having negative experiences with it, but I never have myself.

I used air BnB to find a super cool Tipi in Arizona to camp at. The views were amazing; there was so much privacy. I would say your experience will depend on the hosts of your stay, but for me it was super easy to find such a unique stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Through the company, rented a home to house my family of 20 for a family reunion in a distant state. Upon arrival at the house, it was not acceptable (not very clean and no air conditioning) and the manager immediately came to check it out, agreed, and found us another airbnb to stay in of equal or better quality for the same price in a very short period of time.

I have used Airbnb for several work trips as well as family vacations. I like the convenience of finding lodgings that best fit my needs and offer more of the comforts of home than a traditional hotel/motel offers. Also the pricing is generally much less expensive for what you get.

We like the selection of homes offered on Airbnb. We enjoy browsing with our friends to find a great, affordable place to stay. We have used them to help find a place to stay in Tahoe and in Las Vegas. We often stay with a few couples, so finding homes with multiple sleeping options is a must. Though the homes have not always presented as advertised, Airbnb was helpful in resolving any issues. They provide a great service and their customer service is awesome.

When I'm taking my dog somewhere with me, I typically look at Airbnb. You can filter for pets to be allowed, which most hotels don't do that. It's easy to use, owners are really responsive, and it makes traveling so easy with my pup.

Airbnb is a great option when you are looking to get out of town and stay in a unique or comfortable home as opposed to a traditional hotel. My friends and I booked one when traveling to Washington D.C. for a bachelor weekend, the host was easy to reach and easy to book on the website, the accommodations were great for the price!
