The Bad

• Lack of services
• Limited booking options
• Undisclosed travel protection

Lack of Services

Jetsetter's travel services are not very comprehensive. The company specializes in helping travelers book hotels and does not offer booking for flights, rental cars, cruises, or vacation packages.

Limited Booking Options

Jetsetter only provides its customers with online booking options. While online booking is convenient for many travelers, others would be more comfortable booking over the phone or in person.

Undisclosed Travel Protection

It is unclear whether or not Jetsetter offers travel insurance to cover its customers while they travel.

The Bottom Line

Jetsetter provides its customers with a rewards program and a mobile app. However, the company only offers online booking options for hotels and it is unclear whether or not travel protection is available.
