I have rented movies from iTunes only due to the fact that the movie could not be found on any other streaming service. I wish the prices of renting quality movies were the same as that of amazon prime.

not dependable. sometimes we get a good stream and other times we get a lot of interruptions. they charge you monthly faithfully but doesn't want to help solve the issues you have with there product.

After a few minutes of watching the picture froze but the audio kept going. When we tried to restart the show there was no audio or video. iTunes closed and wouldn't open again.

iTunes has the best music and I love when you download music it stays with you forever. There is no surprise cash that you have to pay.

I used iTunes a lot back in the day when there weren't many other legal ways to get music, movies, and tv shows. It was really cool at the time, but today there are better, more affordable options for streaming.

A simple service that gets you access you a large variety of music, TV shows, and movies. Easy set up that allows anyone to access the service.

The last software update Apple released changed iTunes into many sectors such as iMovie and others, making it hard to know where all your purchased content is. Also, download times are very long.

iTunes is not my favorite way of streaming videos because the pricing is high and there are never free shows listed that are worth watching.

iTunes was great when it first came out. Now, especially with streaming services, the user interface is lacking and it can be difficult to sync up devices and storage without losing everything entirely.

I am satisfied. After major IOS updates, some kinks in the software needs to be ironed out but it is an excellent platform.

My family loves iTunes. We feel the variety is awesome. We seem to find all the things unique and hard to find within the entertainment world right there on iTunes.

It is a little annoying to use and only works on other apple products which is annoying if you do not use only apple. Other than that the quality is pretty sweet.
