Hulu is great has very strong service. I always trust them to stream my shows on time with no delay everytime. I have only had to use their customer service once and my account was fixed in minutes.

Hulu is my favorite. I love catching up on all of favorite current TV shows on my schedule. I pay extra for no commercials and it's worth every penny not to have so many interruptions.

I love all the different tv shows Hulu has. They get current television shows very quickly after they air on live television which is very convenient since I don’t have cable!

I really enjoy the wide variety of shows and movies Hulu has but, the amount of commercials and ads chopped into a viewing has made watching some of my favorite shows unbearable. It used to be a tolerable amount of ads that disrupted whatever I was watching, but now it shows 4 commercials every five minutes.

We love Hulu because many show stream shortly after the episode has been shown so it makes viewing easier. The selection of shows is broad too and we love the choices for shows to watch.

We have used Hulu to cover the gaps between other streaming services, such as to see current TV shows, as well as for some of its original programming. We tend to go back and forth with it, canceling whenever we notice we haven't used it for a while. It's not our favorite go-to streaming service, but it definitely comes in handy at times. It is annoying that you still have to watch commercials even though you're paying for the service, unless you're willing to pay even more to have them removed. Most pay TV doesn't require you to watch commercials.

I really like being able to stream the TV shows and movies I want to watch when I want to watch them. Hulu is the best when it comes to TV shows because you don’t have to wait an entire season for them to be available. They are usually available a week after thei aire.

I enjoy watching Hulu and being able to have such access to so many shows however sometimes I wish they had more movies to select from. It gets hard to find a really good movie on Hulu but if you do get Hulu I recommend Hulu plus as you won’t have ads!

I love that they have the latest episodes of current tv shows but it doesn’t make sense that you’d have to pay an additional fee for third party subscribers. I get that it provides all tv shows under one platform but, gee willikers, that’s a lot of money you could just be spending on cable itself.

Hulu has the best underground movies and shows like Brooklyn99 and community! Hope they keep that up! Worth not paying for ads in my opinion. Cancelled once and got it again with no problems.

We love Hulu Plus!! Because we don't have regular cable, this allows us to watch all of the shows that we love! It's such a great service to have with so many people living in my household!

Hulu plus has some great shows and access to awesome movies. It’s even better now that they have original content. And watching new episodes of my favorite shows the day after they come out is great!

Great cheap way to watch all the new prime time shows without having to pay all that money for a cable or satellite service. The only downfall is that you have to wait a week to watch the newest episodes.

Hulu is so great! its super cheap. A lot cheaper than going out to the movies. Hulu has a huge selection to choose from. Picture quality is clear. You have the option to pause and restart again, it plays where you left off.

Hulu offers a wide selection of TV shows and movies from a variety of network. However, there are extra costs for accessing some content, streaming live and downloading.

The price for streaming was a bit higher than necessary. Quickly run out of the new shows to watch. Added Plus and Live TV but found the menu system too confusing to find the shows I wanted to watch. Canceled during my trial period, wished I had never tried it.

I like how you can restart tv shows, if I'm late or busy at the time when my favorite show comes on, I can restart it to the beginning.

I think Hulu has great movie options but some shows you have to pay for and I think that it's odd because you already have to pay for Hulu itself.

I have been a hulu plus subscriber for about 6 months now. Overall they have a good collection of tv shows, but I have experienced quite a few technical issues such as long load times and buffering.

No matter how much you pay, you will always get ads. It's absolutely horrendous that the amount of ads only changes slightly from each level of payment that you do for Hulu. I immediately upgraded to Hulu plus because of how deeply their 80 second commercials bothered me and was horrified to find that i still got ads! I've never seen a company get away with treating their customers as horribly as Hulu does and am completely unhappy with their streaming services. From now on I will only be using Netflix and will find all of the shows that are "exclusively" on Hulu elsewhere. It's not hard.

For purposes of this survey, I am limiting my review to content. I prefer Hulu over the others for Saturday Night Live, Handmaids Tale and Castlerock.

Very poor. They use bait and switch. They offer the low streaming then and upgraded to no commercials. When you try to stream something you get an error message your subscription does not cover. When I called, they wanted me to upgrade to a $29.99 package. Which i did not. I do not like anything about Hulu. Will be switching over Amazon Firestick shortly.

Not all that great. Getting to the selection menu is painful, there is no single easy scrolling menu like there is for other cable companies. Also, sometimes the sound and the picture do not sinc up.

I don't love the website and there isn't a lot of variety, but I like that you can stream from several devices. I continue to use them, but I can see why some people choose Netflix over HULU.

Hulu has a lot of options like other streaming companies, but I definitely mostly use it to watch reality tv like Dance moms, keeping up with the kardashians, love island, masked singer. I don't really like most of the options for movies, but they definitely have good shows and reality shows on there compared to the other streaming platforms.

Hulu has a great selection of films and TV shows, however, it is not a very user-friendly experience. Hulu originals like The Handmaid's Tale are award-winning and great as well.
