Movies don't play or buffer for 5-45 minutes after playing one minute. Glad I'm not paying for the movie, I got a validation code from T-Mobile. This is my third one and I've had the same problem every single time. I'd really be mad if I'd actually paid.

I get free movies for t-mobile Tuesdays. They gave out vudu free movies and it was awesome. Then they switched to FandangoNow and I just don't even want to use it. It is just such a hassle. It constantly isn't working, has issues, errors, etc.... it struggles to play and lags so much.

Went on to sign up for a movie to watch with my wife and gave it my information it suddenly crashed and wouldn't even let me get on to the website. Not a good first impression with the site that crashes the first time you use it. Not a good company.

My movie never loaded. Used my tmobile promo code and never got my movie. I contacted their customer service online and they said it would take 24 for them to respond. So I called their toll free number and it said that my wait would 160 minutes!!! Ridiculous! I will never use this service again!!! Terrible customer and tecnical support!!!!

I have been trying for hours during prime viewing time and their server is half-down. Pages either don't load or take several refreshes to load and, when I finally get to the point I can rent a movie, it keeps saying "Houston, we have a problem..." Ridiculous.

I was only able to view the rent/buy option for the film Lights Out. I tried dozens of others and received the error Page Not Found. I was trying this out for T-Mobile Tuesday, but this is TRULY horrible. I tried on my Android phone (app) and iPad (browser).

Terrible! Never had a problem with Mgo. Wasted almost 2 hours trying to get a purchased rented movie to play. They are real fast to charge your account, but not on customer service. They said they would email me back confirming my problem status, nothing yet. Probably will cancel my account. Very disappointed with FandangoNow!!

This is a very confusing App. I feel it is very over priced and leads me guessing to what I am doing. I usually end up needing help from one of my kids. Over priced as well. Lots of fees.

Fandango now is great. Helpful tool to use on a mobile device. It makes streaming new movies easy, and is a desirable product for those who are interested in that field.

Used this service for a brief time before amazon prime TV/Movie was popular. We liked it while we used it. But once Amazon Prime offered more stuff we made the switch there since we were already Prime customers

Absolutely horrible. Wish I would have read reviews before renting Parasite. Non stop buffering and finally froze. Had to completely remove and reinstall app. Straight garbage, do not pay a cent for this.

I rented a movie & was unable to watch on my tv. After 1 1/2 hr of support, I was still unable to access my movie. I requested a refund and was told that they would not because I was able to watch on my I phone 5s.

I'd also give this company a zero if I could. Terrible service and ridiculous wait times for customer service. I'm actually still waiting. I've been trying to get this cleared up for over an hour.

TRUST THESE REVIEWS. Paid $30 to buy The Revenant, but got kicked out of the movie every few minutes. Picture got all pixelated and jumbled and could only restart the movie. NEVER. AGAIN.

It billed my credit card three times for the same show and then I still couldn't get it to play. Just kept showing "Loading" on the screen for 20 minutes. Reminds me of the old AOL dial up internet service.

The very first movie I attempted to rent had no sound, so I stopped it. It then wouldn't restart. I tried to get a credit or refund, and all I got was a runaround. NOT recommended.

Unable to rent on roku site or via smartphone, numerous issues (page not found, services unavailable, etc). Called support, estimated wait time at 3 hours. Complete joke. I'll stick with Redbox or Vudu.

No matter what title I click on it says page not found and tells me to go to the site home to explore titles. When I go to the site home and click on a title, it says page not found. Useless.

There are hardly any rental options with Fandango now. Everything is $15 and up for purchase. Plus, I hate that Fandango has monopolized movie sales. You have to go theough them for everything...

I liked mgo so much better. They had better discount rewards, and it seemed that as soon as a movie went to Dvd you could rent it right away. Not happy with the new switch.
