Everyone argues about spotify vs apple music but I definitely believe spotify is better! They make you daily playlists depending on the music you listen to and at the end of the year they make a ton of playlists depending on the music you listen to. They care a lot about their customers and I love that.

Spotify is great for people who know what they like and like to organize it how they choose. The ability to create personal playlists is great and song suggestions are normally very accurate to taste. The ads are sometimes annoying, but it's free.

Spotify is arguably the best app that has been created in the last 5 years! I use Spotify every day! It has all the music you could ever want. Also, it has a bunch of incredible podcasts. I love that it will create playlists of music they think I will like! They also support local artists which is way cool. Spotify is my favorite!

I enjoy Spotify premium and the ability to download songs to listen to offline, as well as the easy navigation. Their deal for students with a Hulu bundle is a great money-saver and incentive. I enjoy having access to both services to stream on-demand.

Spotify is great when you pay for premium! Free Spotify is alright, but the ads take up a lot of listening time. But I really recommend the Premium family plan. 6 accounts for $15 a month. You can download all of your songs so you don't use data streaming. Spotify provides recommendations and tracks your listening habits so exploring new music is easy and rewarding. Great library of songs as well! Give Premium a free trial for sure!

I have been using Spotify for about 5 years, it's a great option to listen to specific songs and artists. Unlike Pandora that makes you create a 'station' and randomly chooses songs for you. I use Spotify while working out and it's a great option as you don't have to have your phone screen open to stream.

Love Spotify! I listen to SO much music on there. I barely ever listen to the radio anymore since I can listen to any song I want, commercial free, on Spotify. I wish there was an option where it would pick random songs similar to your playlist (like pandora) bc sometimes I don't want to think about what song I want to listen to.

Oh Spotify how you make my ears twitch with joy. Spotify makes me a playlist every week of things it thinks I might like. The playlist tends to consist of about 30 song each time and I generally find at least 2 that I really really dig and add to a personal playlist. Affordable and easy to use. They got what yuh need.

I have never been dissatisfied with Spotify. I love their set up and how i can listen to whatever i want and find it in seconds! The only thing i wish they had was a way to sensor some of the explicit songs. Other than that, amazing!

I like having the choice to make my own playlist and find all the songs from my favorite artists. I only pay $5 dollars a month because I'm a college student, which is nice because I can still have the benefits of listening to music even when I'm poor. They also notify you when your payment has been overdue and they give you a few days to fix it.

I can't live without Spotify. I'm not sure I even listen to regular radio anymore. For $10 a month, I have access to all the songs I can ever want to listen to, and I can download them so that I don't have to use my data plan. I can pause my subscription if I need to skip a month, but why would I do that.

Spotify Premium is the best investment for entertainment that I've ever made. The download feature is great for saving data, and I've never had a problem with it. It is the best music streaming service, and is much better than buying individual songs when you tend to change music taste/ songs really often.

Spotify works well and provides a lot of music for a fair price. My only issue is that it takes a while to load even my downloaded music sometimes when I have a really poor connection, like when I’m walking out of a building and on the edge of WiFi. I prefer it over Apple Music because I can save my playlists and they will still be there even if I cancel my subscription.

I have used Spotify and I love the Queue option and the large selection of music. We have used it extensively when we are with others. Even quite obscure music can be found and many can find a selection of musich. We are very much considering paying for our own premium account for the benefits of having all that music availablity.

Spotify is a very convenient and easy way to have all the music I want in one place. I like that I can make playlists and that they generate new playlists for me based on songs I listen to. I do not like that there is no option to remove explicit songs from the playlists they make or the songs they suggest. I also have noticed that even when an artist creates clean versions of songs, Spotify does not have them.

I love Spotify. It is the only music streaming app I will use. It has all of the music, podcasts, and radio stations I can think of. They also have a great deal where you get half off of Spotify Premium if you are a student, which makes it very inexpensive. I would definitely recommend.

I was a loyal customer with spotify for the last 10 years. The service was pleasant, high quality audio and access to MOST not all music. I like a lot of underground stuff... but the price was decent and for me I also was given hulu as an added bonus for having spotify so long. Well let me tell you their customer service is CRAP! I upgraded from the premium to premium duo and they took my hulu away. Gave zero explanation why, did not disclose this would happen before changing plans and said they could not switch it back even though it had not even been a week. I have the screen shots from our chat because there is no phone support go figure. So, i said after 10 years this is how you treat a loyal customer? Wow.... wo t get another dime of my money here. Sorry not sorry.

Horrible, I changed my name and email due to marriage and was having trouble accessing my account, and they asked me to verify the email that I had on record, I obviously couldn't remember, THAT IS WHY I REACHED OUT TO THEM in the first place! Since I couldn't remember they said they couldn't help me, I was just out of luck! So all the music I've had for years is gone. It might be nice if there was an actual person you could talk to, instead I got stuck paying for a service that I couldn't even use. If I could give them zero stars I would, so very disappointed. I don't understand how a legit company can actually do that, and just say well you are out of luck basically!

I really like the app when it comes to easily download the music I want, what I don't like it's that I have to download the whole album instead of one of them. Also, I don't listen to reggaeton it still suggests me playlist of it ( I don't know why). But I still skip it.

Spotify is really good , nice songs and playlists, customer service on Twitter is a bit slow but they definitely reply. Sound quality is good but they need to increase the sound output, compared to Apple Music and soundcloud their sound quality is a bit shaky.

After using the free version of Spotify I paid for Premium service to remove the ads for a full year. The nearly $90 dollar charge was of course immediately taken from my account but the service never worked. This is also fraud because their own website says "to wait a few days" the years worth of service will end one year later not a year and a few days even if it worked a few days later like they suggest. I contacted spotifycares on Twitter because their website is not helpful contacting any real person. They offered a refund if I followed their link from Twitter but i never received it. I contacted spotifycares on Twitter asking where my refund is and they never responded. I filed a claim directly with my bank which I received on 9/19/17. I have never had any problems with a music App before. My phone is less than a year old and state of the art fully up to date. The customer service was hit and miss since sometimes they didn't respond. False advertising too when you tell customers to wait days until activation yet take their money out right away. I will never use anything but their free service until I find a replacement. I don't trust Spotify.
