My biggest complaint is that we have a multiple user plan but a lot of times it doesn’t allow me to use it because it says someone else is.

I love the social aspect of Spotify! Only downside is that it can be hard to find the clean versions of songs

Spotify doesn't have enough clean options for songs and there are some songs that I can add for a second and then there it will be gone the next week.

Advertisements really annoying, wish there were less of them. I wish you could actually listen to a song you want to with the free version.

I just don't understand how to use it and it is required for the google home. I should probably just google it, it's just not the best user friendly.

Rip off company that charges more in certain countries, it costs more to listen to in France than in the UK and is cheaper still in the USA.

New music is available on release dates for my favorite bands. Even though I'm a FREE subscriber I don't mind the occasional commercials to badly. It's nice to be able to listen to a full album via a web browser or desktop app, but to bad the phone/tablet app doesn't provide the same feature.
