As a music streaming service, Amazon Music is one of my last choices. Quite frankly, I would definitely use the radio before I would pull up Amazon music. It doesn't run nearly as well as other music streaming apps, even on Amazon devices. It's quite buggy and far from intuitive.

While Amazon Music did work decently well, and is better than nothing, I felt that they had a very small music catalogue, and overall I felt that the service did not allow for much customization, especially when used on an Alexa device.

They do not have nearly as many options compared to other music streaming services. I get so tired of looking up a song and seeing that it isn't available. Definitely cheaper, but not worth it. User interface is ugly too.

I continue to purchase this service because I love having the alexa (Amazon Echo) integration. However, the app interface is complete garbage. Every time I'm forced to use the app on my phone - I cry tears and lament the days of my Spotify subscription.
