I used uhaul when moving to a new location and it was amazing. Great space for boxes or furniture and their pricing isn’t too bad and overall great experience.

When I needed a place to store my things during a move, U-Haul storage services offered a free month of storage with the reservation of a moving truck. Thanks U-Haul!

I’ve been moving every year and u-haul has always been my go-to because of service. My personal items have never been broken and all have been moved safely. They clearly prioritize their customers and their property

We used UHaul when we moved homes (shocker). It was an easy experience and problem free. The vehicle was in good shape and we had no issues. The pick up and drop off were straight forward.

U-Haul provides a service many of us have needed or will need in the future; a big vehicle to move many objects. However, the lack of professionalism in my experience with them, makes me contemplate if moving is really necessary. I had scheduled a U-Haul moving truck weeks in advance for pick up as soon as they opened on my move in date. When I arrived at the agreed time, they told me they did not have any trucks there the size I had requested and I would have to go look for one in another nearby U-Haul. Very inconvenient, set me back about 2 hours more than I had planned.

Uhaul has helped my family move times and I will continue to use it in the future. It is easy to go online or in store to get the proper size Uhaul needed for a good price.

This company is just ehhh. The customer service was ridiculous. They tried to charge me a cleaning fee because there was a little dirt from a move. I laughed and asked for a broom and saved myself money by sweeping it out myself. It took over an hour to take off the cleaning fee from my ticket because I did it myself.

Uhaul’s storage units are really high quality! I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Only complaint is that I’ve had a few issues with the customer service at my local one.

U-Haul is a trustworthy storage company that I've encountered many times. During moving, U-Haul was the easiest place to store my things because they also offer moving trucks.

They have good security. The units come in lots of different sizes so you can get exactly what you need. Getting in and out of the storage unit is a little tight, but it works.

This is a great storage facility. It's cheaper than some other ones we looked at for the same service and security. We felt that our stuff was safe here. Would definitely recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

this was my last resort, no availability anywhere else for the size i needed. monthly payments were a little expensive. gentleman that showed us the storage was nice and helpful. Storage is nothing special just a big empty dusty space to store our belongings for a few months.

During the transition between houses we kept everything in a u haul storage unit. Access was easy and the people were helpful. The air conditioning in the unit was not consistent which was a problem in Arizona.

It’s is so expensive to rent a U-Haul. Moved from Lubbock to Houston and it cost us almost $2,000 for two days. I am amazed at how much the prices keep going up.

Used to use them a lot more but the trucks seemed to be a bit older and still charged a premium. Plus another rental company seemed to be closer to me the last few places I have lived.

U-Haul storage screwed me over by giving away the storage room I had reserved for a Tuesday evening after I went to check out the morning after. I'm not sure if it was just my location or if that happens a lot with U-Haul but I am not ever going to look at storage solutions through them again.

I wish U-Haul offered more units! As big of a brand as they are, you would expect them to be able to handle their demand. Units are usually sold out in Tallahassee, and it gets frustrating. Do they know this is a college town?

I like how they have many locations around the state. I do not like how expensive the storage units can be. I wish you could rent them out and pay weekly instead of monthly.

Uhaul is pretty nice, it's a big brand company, so at least they're established. Or not. My Uhaul unit CLOSED without any notice, I was scrambling to find a place to store all of my furniture, in the end I had to put it in a friend's basement until I could find a new place. Not cool Uhaul, couldn't've even sent an email?
