Standard Pricing

StorQuest provides standard pricing for their variety of storage units. While they may not be the least expensive option in the market, the offer competitive prices for their units. For a medium sized unit, 51 to 150 square feet, customers are looking to spend around $99 per month.

Climate Control

Climate control is a must have when it comes to personal storage units. It's the best way to protect personal belongings from getting damaged and protect valuable items. Climate control units protect storage units from the extreme heat and cold and usually in indoor facilities. Customers are able to have peace of mind when it comes to protecting their belongings.

Additional Features

In addition to providing storage units, StorQuest also provides customers with other moving and storage resources as well. Locks are required on individual units, and StorQuest sells locks on site for those looking to buy onsite. Also, customers are able to rent moving trucks to help with their moving needs. Boxes, tape and padding can also be bought at customers' convenience.

Limited Sizes

Compare to other storage units, StorQuest does not have the largest selection of storage unit sizes. Sizes range from 5' x 5' to 10' x 25', with only four additional sizes in between. Top storage unit companies offer customers up to 10 different unit sizes. We'd like to see StorQuest offer more storage unit sizes.

No Outdoor Storage Units

Most companies have both indoor and outdoor storage options. StorQuest only provides indoor storage facilities. Outdoor facilities allow for easier unloading and loading access for moving boxes.

No 24-Hour Gate Access

The gates are open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. More hours allows for customers to go in and out as they please. We'd like to see StorQuest offer more hours to be more accessible for their customers.

No Unit Upkeep

We could not find any information regrading facility and unit upkeep. We are concerned with the lack of information regarding their maintenance policies. We'd like to see companies offering regular facility cleanings to ensure units are kept clean and belongings are safe.

The Bottom Line

Overall, StorQuest provides adequate storage units. StorQuest caters to those looking to store items to make room for more adventures in the lives. If you agree with their out of the box company mission statement, they offer standard pricing and climate control units. However, we suggest looking at other companies instead of signing on with StorQuest. We feel other companies will provide better storage options.
