We closed on our home in January and our first major purchase was going to be solar. We sat down with 4 different companies. We were armed with the knowledge of what the system should cost. We had one lower estimate and 2 higher estimates from other companies. The big difference was Sunny Energy was the installer. The others sat down with us and explained that someone else would be installing and starting up the system.
Sunny Energy was very responsive to any and all questions that we had about the process. Armed with a web portal, we were able to see where the process was at any given time.
Overall the experience was pretty much flawless. The installation and commissioning of the system were ahead of schedule based on the expectation that was set up front.
Five stars!

My husband and I purchased our home about a year ago in a new built community in Buckeye, AZ. From day 1 we had so many different solar companies knocking on our door trying to "sell" us their product saying they were the best. But we never felt like any of them could fully answer our questions and make us feel "sold" on their product, due to the lack of information we were receiving from these other companies. We knew we always wanted to go solar in a our new home but we hadn't found the right company yet. Until we spoke with Graham M. from Sunny Energy who was highly recommended by some of our friends. From day one he was such a professional, kind and polite man and let me tell you his knowledge on solar is tremendous. He was the only one who could honestly answer all of our questions. Not once did he push us or make us feel rushed in purchasing. He was very honest; down to earth and explained every little detail in a way we could understand and why solar was best for us as a family and our home. My husband and I were left speechless talked about it and decided to move forward in purchasing solar with Sunny Energy the next day! From day 1 we received nothing but kind words, professionalism and outstanding customer service. We were involved in every little step that was taken in order to get our solar up and running. The Sunny Energy team took care of absolutely everything throughout the entire process from consult to turning on our system. It all happened exactly as how we were explained and in the time they advised. Every single person involved in our solar project was so professional, kind and informative. From Graham to the internal team, to installers (let me tell you they were here early got it done in a few hours and picked up absolutely everything kept area clean and our panels look so nice and we got critter guards on our panels and NO ONE in our neighborhood that has solar has these!); to Michael M who did our final walkthrough of our solar and explained absolutely everything on what to expect on our next few APS bills, how to work our online solar portals; to how to maintain our solar panels clean. We are so happy we chose Sunny Energy to power our home. We will be recommending Graham and Sunny Energy to all of our friends and family to power their home!

I went and really researched 6 different companies and narrowed it down to 4 to get a quote. Sunny Energy wasn’t the least or most expensive. What sold me was the knowledge my salesman David had. He explained everything from step 1 to finish, what to expect from my system, the CONFUSING SRP plans. Once I signed Sunny Energy handled everything for us. The HOA approval, permits, inspections, everything! They also have a project tracking site that I checked throughout the process. I did call a couple of times with questions and either got an answer right away or a call back in less than an hour. Installation crew Beta did the install and were fantastic! They even came back on their own to fix an issue in my attic they saw on a picture they took. The final hook-up electrician (Greg? I’m sorryI can’t recall his name) is a perfectionist! He was also at my home when SRP came to do the final inspection. Everything passed the first time, as I expected from watching the crews! We also had a Zoom meeting with Michael and our engineer Maria. They both went over the operation of the system and the app. So now I sit back and watch my electronic bill go down everyday! I couldn’t be happier with my system and Sunny Energy!

I received quotes from 5 different solar companies before choosing Sunny Energy. They weren’t the least expensive or the most expensive. Multiple factors went into me finally choosing Sunny Energy. A friend had referred me to them, and he was happy with his experience. I was impressed with my salesperson David V. He was very knowledgeable and responded to all my emails very quickly. Several of the other companies I was considering lost interest in responding after they sent me a quote. At one point during the sales process, things got a little contentious, but David took responsibility, which meant a lot and we moved forward.
After several months, I finally made my decision and chose Sunny. I was quickly contacted by members of the installation team and my portal was set up. There were some unexpected hiccups along the way, but the issues and my concern were promptly addressed by the Sunny team. I guess you can tell more about a company how they respond when things go wrong rather than when everything goes right. I felt every member of the Sunny team really cared about doing the best job possible and they were all pleasant and knowledgeable in their respective duties.
After the system was set up and producing, I had my final walk through with Michael M. He did a great job explaining all the components of the systems as well as the do’s and don’ts. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed even though I think we went over our allotted time. Melanie was awesome too! There were ups and downs during the process, but after everything was completed and I had time to reflect, I am very pleased with my experience with Sunny Energy and certainly feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

From the beginning to the end I can say we are 100% satisfied with Sunny Energy. Angel was our first initial point of contact and she explained the process very well. Every step was shown on a timeline that we could access 24/7 to see where we were at during the project and emails were also sent to explain the current or upcoming step. We did not question the project throughout the timeline. due to how well the project was explained and how well expectations were set. No surprises. After the installation was complete, we met with a well informed representative from the company who completed a walkthrough of our new system, explained readouts, variations of readouts, what to look for so we know the system is working properly, when to call the office if not, what to expect for turnaround time if something does pop-up. Needless to say, there is a plan, all parties are organized, and willing to help. We feel 100% confident with our purchase, installation, material used, warranty help- if ever needed, maintenance of the panels, and will definitely recommend Sunny Energy to our family and friends if they are looking to purchase solar! Good people, solid project management.

I can not as yet leave a review regarding the equipment, which I purchased from Sunny Energy, as it was just commissioned a few days ago. However I can personally grade the Sunny Energy process insofar as representation of sale, installation, and customer service.
The Sale: From the time the sales rep. (Sean) knocked on my door, his representation was flawless. He was humble, thoughtful, professional, polite, knowledgable, and was quite sincere in my best interest. In other words, he did not try to ingratiate himself on me to sell me more than what I actually needed, something I experienced with another company who also provided me a quote for like services. He told me he would guide me every step of the way and that he did. I had questions for him throughout and his response time to every message I left him was actually impressive. The point of sale and signing of the contract was smooth and very convenient, as everything was done via email and Docusign. Grade: A+
The Installation: They promptly surveyed my house, provided me plans for an efficient system that was based on my usage history and future need. My system of 20 panels was installed in just 3 hours. The crew was very efficient, and the Lead was personable, and communicated very well in telling me exactly what they were going to do. He also was happy to answer all the questions I had for him throughout the installation. Grade: A
Customer Service: In my opinion customer service is what separates the good from the rest in a competitive field. Just as in Sunny Energy’s sales representation, which in my experience was flawless, so was their customer service. Communication was a big part of this, as I consistently received emails and texts regarding the process of my project, or confirming an appointment. The communication was not only consistent, but prompt, I never had to contact them regarding the process of installation. Whether during the project regarding invoicing, or as a post project customer service follow up, every employee I spoke to was super personable. I could tell that these people actually like their jobs and the company they work for. Grade: A+
Sunny Energy over and above all these fine attributes is a philanthropic organization. Proceeds of their sales are charitable to very worthy organizations such as St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and The Give Power Foundation. Nothing tells me more about the character of this company than this. It is no wonder why my project and interaction with everyone involved was well pleasing. My compliments to the people who run this company and the people who drive it, well done!

We researched a lot of companies and found Sunny Energy to be the very best. Our sales Consultant, Graham M was extremely honest , forthright and never tried to over sell like the salesmen from the other solar companies we contacted . The quote they provided was the cheapest that we received for the panels they recommended and the entire system. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Didn’t take more then three months . Sunny Energy took care of getting all the permits and approvals for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The installation was promptly done in a matter of a few hours and after that Sunny Energy took care of getting everything connected and running for us. Lastly Micheal M provided us with an excellent training session to explain how our system works . The best thing is that it’s a lifelong partnership with them and they will be there to troubleshoot in case any problems arise.
Each and every person we had contact with at Sunny Energy was super friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better Solar Energy Company. Truly believe they are the best in Arizona.

After researching solar energy system providers and meeting with three companies we chose Sunny Energy to install our system in Phoenix, AZ. From sales to technical staff to installation to post-commissioning followup we have been impressed by Sunny Energy’s commitment to customer service. Before each step of the process we received a text message, email, and update on the customer portal. If we had questions they were answered quickly. The technical staff provided realistic solutions to some unique installation issues and were helpful in recommending affordable service providers to follow through. We had complete confidence in their ability to work with our electrical service provider and the city inspectors as we embarked on making this significant investment.
We highly recommend Sunny Energy and we know they are there for us should we require their services.

From start to finish Sunny Energy took care of everything. Graham was our salesman. We had a telephone conference with him where he explained the system and the process with us. He was available throughout the process to answer questions. Sunny Energy emailed the quote that same day. We had several other companies give us estimates and explain their proposals. Sunny Energy had the best price and the best way to optimize the return of our investment. Throughout the process Sunny Energy took care of all the paperwork and permits necessary for our system. It took about 2 months from the sales meeting to installation. Two weeks after the system was up and running, Michael called and walked us through how to read and use SENSE and MY SOLAR EDGE. He sent us a copy of the Zoom session so we could review it later. We mentioned to him that we wanted the conduit in the attic or painted. They came out and did it as soon as they could. They were very pleasant about it. We decided to have it painted rather than being installed in the attic. The installers said if we changed our mind and wanted it to be put in the attic they would come back. Michael then called to check and see if we were satisfied. Last time I checked, SRP estimated that our bill would be around $185.00. Usually our summer bills are in the $300 to $400 range. Needless to say we are very happy with our decision to use Sunny Energy as our solar provider.

After Install: Ivan was fantastic! He explained the process without any overselling or overpromising. Any questions we've had have been answered quickly. We also had access to a website to monitor the progress of our solar throughout the process. Everyone involved has been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We monitor my APS account, and have already seen a great reduction in our purchased energy. We highly recommend them.
3 Months In: Everything is going great. We've talked to several neighbors without solar and have been given information on previous AC bills at our current home. We've heard people paying between $600 - $700 easy with a home our size (2800 sq. ft.). We are a family of five. The kids are in online college/homeschool, and I'm a stay at home mom. So ... There is no "away" option when setting our thermostat.
Bills before solar: April ($210) and May ($266 w/a few days of solar mixed in). Bills after solar: June ($127.84), July ($231), August ($247). We are looking at our largest bill in September. We may be on track for about $270. Our monthly solar payment is $221, and we know we're saving with solar.
Before, we were scared of the costs for electricity we used between the peak times of 3p.m - 8p.m. After solar, we realized our panels produce the most electricity for us during those times. At first, we enjoyed APS buying (for less) our electricity during those times. Then, we decided to use our electricity for ourselves. We lowered our AC to more comfortable levels, and stopped sweating in our own home. If we left our thermostat settings the same (78 home/88 peak times), we would have even greater savings. We look forward to cooler temperature, so we can reap the rewards even more.
If anyone is skeptical because of the monthly solar payment, just remember ... A car payment isn't cheap, but it costs less to get around in your own car all month (work/errands), then it would to pay for an Uber all month. It's an investment. At least, that's how we see it.

Sunny Energy is amazing. I really liked the communication throughout the whole process. One day at the very beginning my unit had just been installed. The electricity went out I called my electric company and they said the problem was not due to them. The problem was with the Solar. I called Sunny Energy and they said that they would have someone out to check the Solar ASAP. Well I'll have you know that with in an hour the technician from Sunny Energy was out. He determined that the problem was not with my Solar unit. I called my electric company back again they then informed me that the local transformer was out. This is the kind of personal care and service you can expect from Sunny Energy. I recommend Sunny Energy to any one look to get Solar from a great company. Thank you Sunny Energy.

purchased a home in Anthem AZ in mid Oct 2020. I was inundated with people wanting to give me a solar bid. It was overwhelming. I had no idea who I was talking with. I discovered energysage and loved the way it worked. No more sales pitches and a clean concise platform to get a review bids side by side. They also had subject matter experts to answer any questions concerning the bids, companies and what I was looking at within each bid. Very Helpful!
I decided on sunny Energy and they didn’t disappoint. Very patient with me and my concerns and questions. I have to say I was a very nervous about spending that kind of money. I did pay cash as I didn’t want to finance this. Everyone at Sunny energy I dealt with was courteous and professional. Steve Unger gave me a very competitive bid with high end equipment. The communication was very good and when I reached out to them for updates they responded promptly.
I liked the concept of Sunny Energy as they don’t sub out any of the work. Everyone is a Sunny Energy employee. The system I had put it was as large as I could put in on a 200 amp service. 42 panels and 2 inverters. The crew they sent had it completed in 4 hours ! Unbelievable and very impressive.
Afterwards you get a instructional walkthrough of the system where all questions will be answered.
The system is producing very well and so far I’m completely satisfied.
Thank you

They reached out to me but provided a real good value proposition. There are good federal incentives but they also added a cherry on top to make the deal too sweet to pass up. It took a while to go from "initial contact" to fully turned on, but that was primarily down to waiting on permits and inspections from the city/power company. The actual install of all the panels and associated hardware took only 3 hours.
There were a few quiet points from the company along the way, but the process literally takes months to complete so I felt like that was appropriate. As long as you get everything promised written into your contract they'll take care of you.

I could not be happier with Sunny Energy and my decision to choose them for my solar installation. I researched multiple companies and chose Sunny because they were competitive, used excellent solar panels and inverters, and had great reviews on their post-installation support. I have to say, this company far exceeded my expectations. The sales person was patient and provided far more relevant information than any of their competitors. I am an engineer and I had a LOT of questions. Once I chose them as my installer, the staff kept me informed of next steps, they took care of all the permitting and inspections, and followed up after the installation with a great overview of how I could track the output of my system and how everything works. There was one point during the installation where someone at the bank miskeyed the amount of one of my payments. I called Sunny Energy and the owner went down to their bank and made sure it was fixed that day. I really had not expected this as I was just calling them to verify that I had written the check for the correct amount, but it did save us an evening of concern. I have never gotten this level of support from any organization, period. Bottom line, money well-spent! If I could rate them six stars out of five I would do so.

Dan Cude ,
Take back your power – and we did 😊
We did our research and compared Sunny Energy's pricing and reviews and by far, they were the best! The process was easy from start to finish. Our project manager kept us informed with emails and phone calls when needed. If there was a delay in the project we were notified about the delay and given a new date for when the next step would take place.
I really enjoy watching how much energy we are producing. The very user-friendly chart shows us how many trees and CO2 we are saving by using clean energy. We have installed an application on our phone so when we are away, we can still see how much energy we are saving.
I believe the materials used are of the highest quality and will last for many years of service. So far all pros and no cons with Sunny Energy solar panels. We have only been “on” for a few weeks but will keep you posted as the weather warms up and we are seeing more results.

I’d like to take a minute to reflect on my experience with Sunny Energy. I decided to do a solar system last November and contacted several recommended solar systems. After talking with four of those companies directly I selected Sunny Energy. The sales person was very knowledgeable and recommended a system that none of the others educated me on. It was a system with limited panels but got me the best rates. They were really great at explaining the various electric company rate systems and how I could do the best, without trying to sell me a huge number of panels. I appreciated their honesty. Once I decided they immediately went to work. They were also honest on the timeline. I was kept informed by email and phone calls every step along the way and always made sure I knew what was coming. They always showed up on time and did what was promised. I now have a working system and I am very happy with the system and the company. They even said they would come back and paint the conduit the same color as the roof as per HOA reminder. I think you will like your experience working with Sunny Energy and to this point the equipment is working as promised. I would certainly recommend Sunny Energy to family and friends. If I ever find that a larger system would be advantageous to me I will call Sunny Energy to do that work.

Sunny energy installed a 4.9kw (approx.) on our roof. We taxed them a bit by being naggy customers with specific items out of the norm, and a specific way we wanted our panels arranged. Everything was available from their normal suppliers. They complied and were very gracious. We asked for an inverter with the ability to hook up a battery. They absolutely came through with a wonderful Solar Edge inverter. They installed before year end (Gotta have those tax credits!), as they committed to doing and the system functioned without error. We did have an “oops”. We ordered a load controller to go with our system. We were not told, that for the load controller to work with our heat pump, we would have to swap out a Nest thermostat (Sorry Google) with a Venstar thermostat. The Venstar seems to be of comparable quality, it just would have been nice to know going in. Other than that, we were impressed with them as an organization and the depth and breadth of their knowledge on solar and options. Everyone we spoke with was polite. At one point, a competitor attacked them on facebook in a post I wrote and made false claims. Sunny Energy responded in a mature and respectful manner with facts. I was impressed. Thank you, Sunny Energy. We would recommend you in a heartbeat!

When we decided to move to AZ a few months ago I knew that solar was going to be one thing that was on the top of my list to have installed on our house. Where we came from “MS” the availability of solar is pretty much “0”, mainly due to the amount of shading from trees and absolutely no support of it by the state. I have a background in electronics “pretty much everything with electricity flowing through it” and knew all the basics about solar already.
After moving here I started researching what is currently available at the time and then set out to start meeting with companies and getting quotes. We didn’t have to look far, as within a week of moving in we had multiple door-to-door solar sales people knocking, all trying to get our business. All of the door-to-to door people were high pressure sales, trying to get us to purchase / lease as big of a system as they could sell us “hoping we didn’t know better”, those I ushered right out.
I met with about a dozen companies including the door-to-door people, and narrowed our search down to three companies, one happen to be Sunny Energy. Our sales person “Mike”, was one of the easiest sales people to deal with, he was laid back, not high pressure, and he didn’t try to over sell us a system that would not be worth our ROI. The other two companies were actually more interested in what they were selling us as both of them immediately wanted us to spend a few thousand $ more, that pretty much cinched the deal with me.
All the equipment Sunny Energy is high end equipment too, nothing cheap or short lived about it. The system comes with a 25year warranty on top of it. The REC panels they use are one of the top rated panels on all the review sites, and the Solar Edge converter is one of the most efficient available.
We didn’t have to do anything after signing either; Sunny Energy took care of all the permits and paperwork. They designed the system layout for optimum performance “they didn’t just throw it up on the roof not worrying about where the panels were facing”. Their installation crew was even showed up early to do the install and had everything installed in just under three hours “very impressive for the amount of work they did”. After everything was approved and the switches thrown everything worked perfectly, no going back and trying to figure out what went wrong, “actually had a neighbor experience that after going with a different company and they had to come back twice to figure out why the system wasn’t working right”.
I really like the Solar Edge monitoring platform; we can watch all of our solar production and see just how much we are producing on a daily basis, anxious to see the impact on the APS bill.
Over all I would give Sunny Energy 5 out of 5 stars as they were honest about what we needed, nothing high pressure and they were always happy to answer any question we had about the system. They also kept us fully informed every step of the way from start to finish.

I met with 4 different solar companies before choosing Sunny Energy. The warranties were the best that I saw. The price was 3 to $10,000 less than the other companies. The installation process was very simple and easy. With my calculations, including the tax credits, the system should pay for itself in 8 to 9 years. I do not have to worry about utility company's price increases on an almost yearly basis. So now all I do is write a different name on the check to pay for my electricity usage. We are snowbirds from Wisconsin, so we are certain that APS will be crediting our account in the summer months.

Since we were contemplating a solar system on our home in Casa Grande, AZ, my wife and I attended several presentations by solar equipment providers. Sunny Energy LLC was the most direct and informative and that consequently resulted in a contract. We worked with the designer to get optimum panel placement and the inverter placed appropriately. The construction was performed as designed and a little quicker than anticipated. The solar system was connected to the power grid on April 3, 2018 and has operated flawlessly since. We watch daily production on a phone app and are pleased with the equipment performance. After 10 months of operation we have generated more power than consumed for every month (we were away from the home for the six hot summer months and kept the thermostat at 85F). The system was designed and constructed properly, without a hitch. We highly recommend Sunny Energy LLC.

HIGHLY Recommend Sunny Energy for your residential Solar Panel needs.
Living in Arizona, I felt somewhat obligated to at least consider Solar energy for my home’s electrical needs. I went into the venture not knowing if I could afford it or not, AND with an extensive list of questions.
I eventually talked with 9 solar companies. Sunny Energy (Rich M) quickly moved to the top of my list due to Rich’s CLEAR explanations and patience in answering my questions. Only one other company even heard out my entire list. Rich researched a few obscure questions I had—and didn’t downplay my interest in knowing about them. Rich did not use the pushy salesman approach that ALL the other companies had employed. I needed time to decide if I wanted to move forward, but had decided on Sunny Energy if I chose to do so. Again, Rich and the staff were patient and not pushy.
Once I decided to move forward, I had interactions with Rich and several of Sunny Energy’s staff over the phone. I was a very inquisitive and detail oriented customer, but Sunny Energy’s staff continued to make me comfortable to call them for any reason. I had numerous calls with Taylor and Kristina during this time. Both were courteous, patient and always either had an answer--or found out what the answer was. Excellent customer service.
The installation process includes many steps, including inspections and a LOT of coordination. In every case, things were handled professionally. Again, any question I had about timing or clarification on where things stood was handled by Taylor and Sunny’s team in a flawless and courteous manner. If needed my concern was escalated to Chris W, who was the most reasonable upper management person I’ve worked with in years. He entertained any concern I had, and resolved every one of them.
This is clearly a company that is committed to excellent customer service. A+

I had a 9.9 Kw system installed in 2017, and I could not have had a better experience. From the initial meeting to the installation it was a seamless process.
I was very fortunate that my sales person happened to be the customer service representative (Melanie L). She met with me because the other sales-people were out on calls.
Throughout the process every question, call, or text was answered within a few hours. And, I couldn't be happier with the results. I even had them add three additional panels this year (2018). My level billing has been in the $50-60 dollar range for a 2700 sq. ft. home.
Currently the production is exceeding the original estimates. At this rate I will see a 100% return on my investment sooner than expected.

The value of solar is to save money, use clean energy, adding value to my home and the 30% tax credit, When done right you can’t go wrong! I have no APS bill I sell my extra energy back to APS for .12 cents per kWh I got just under $10,000 in tax credits and my equipment has a 25 year warranty. I did this with no money out of pocket using sunny energy’s financing option. My payment is 168.00 a month with no aps bill. It is very important to have the right person at the start and would highly recommend you working with Chris H at sunny energy. Just ask for him. he understand how to leverage the tax credits design a system that is right for you and his pricing is fantastic. Joe and Chris are the owners and are local. I can’t say enough about this company and the team behind the name. If you want a referral just call sunny energy to take your name and number and I will be happy to walk you through my experience. I met with a number of companies before going with sunny energy.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Sunny Energy LLC for exceeding my expectations regarding the purchase and installation of my home solar system. When I initially approached Sunny Energy, I had little understanding as to how a solar system worked, the cost of a system, return on investment and all of the other benefits with going solar. We had an excellent sales representative who was very knowledgeable and was able to present me with a very compelling rationale for moving forward with the purchase. Once the contract was done, Sunny Energy took over and professionally managed the entire installation. If I had to select a solar system vendor again, and knowing what I know today, there would be absolutely no hesitation on my part for selecting Sunny Energy. Needless to say, I highly recommend Sunny Energy to anyone considering an investment in solar.

Sunny Energy has been an absolute pleasure to work with from the sales person, Sean M, to the entire office staff and Michael MC. I have been hesitant to make the solar leap based on what seemed like a lack of clarity in pricing, but I expressed this concern to Sean, and he made sure I had the level of detail I needed to finally make the purchase. Following the purchase the process was absolutely seamless from beginning to end, with great communication from the whole team. I highly recommend Sunny Energy and will say that to any friend of mine.

We received lots of communication throughout the entire process and always knew exactly what was pending and what the next step would be. The entire Sunny Energy team was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated the virtual walk-thru we did at the end so we are aware of exactly how are system works, what all the numbers mean, and what we can expect moving forward. I highly recommend Sunny Energy for anyone looking into Solar.

After extensive research, we determined that adding solar made sense in our situation. After additional research, and discussion with other providers, we determined that Sunny Energy was the best choice. Each person’s case for solar is different, but the math and physics are relatively simple. Sunny Energy proactively managed every step of the process from the initial engineering to permitting, installation, inspection and approvals through to commissioning. No hard, sell just results.

There are many, many solar companies in AZ but I chose Sunny based on the attentiveness of their salespeople and the positive reviews across many sites. The whole process was seamless and they were extremely communicative the entire time from start to end. Any questions I had both before and after purchasing the system were quickly answered. There were also multiple followups from the Sunny team after the system was live to ensure that everything was working correctly, looked good and I was satisfied with my system. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant experience. Everything was on track and the timelines they provided were fairly accurate given they’re not always in control. I always received follow up emails to update me on the next steps or the current status of the process. The staff was great and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided as much clarification regarding the solar panels. They were overall a great company to work with.

Sunny Energy communicated every step of the way on our Solar installation. Excellent customer service and a great product. The REC panels the provide are some of the best panels in the world and are NOT produced in China, one if the main reasons we chose Sunny Energy. I our initial contact with Sunny Energy was replied by Chris W. the CEO and Owner. This type of response was the same for all staff we have dealt with. The fact that they donate to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital sealed the deal for us. Excellent Job Guys!!

Overall, it was a good experience. I liked the clear presentations and the plan to go solar. I think it is a great choice for someone who wants to save money and help the environment at the same time.
The best thing was the customer service and the clear savings
The worst thing was the time delay when COVID first started, but I am not going to take a star away for that. Everyone has been experiencing delays and they got back to me eventually without any issues.

From the initial sales contact that we initiated to the process of getting permits, approvals and installation the process was smooth, the communication was excellent and the end result has been as expected and promised.
The above and beyond follow-up after our system was installed was very much appreciated, our interactions with everyone at Sunny was always professional and the responses always prompt.
They definitely exceeded our expectations at every turn.

Sunny Energy is truly an outstanding vendor. From my first contact with Chris to our installation of the pigeon guard, everyone was helpful and extremely responsive. We are so pleased with the energy production of our solar panels and with all of the information that the Sunny Energy team provided. We were even given a presentation explaining our system, how it works, how to monitor output and what to do if we needed help. We whole-heartedly recommend Sunny Energy for your solar needs.

I would like to share with anyone concerned that our dealings with Sunny Energy have exceeded our expectations. They were recommended by our neighbors and we found them to be professional, concerned and responsive in every way. They answered our questions and assured us that we could contact them with any future concerns we may have, regardless of time frame. You won't go wrong with this company if you are considering making this home investment.

We powered up our Solar Array approximately 30 days ago. It is a large array designed to entirely wipe out our power bills. In the summer with both Air Conditioners running, the monthly bills can get up to $329 per month. The first bill after 30 days of solar power, we are at -$61, so they owe us money. Cool I think this is going to work out just fine. Sunny Energy was spot on and the system is working just like they said it would. They really know what they are doing!!

I really appreciate the sales rep, Victoria A. Victoria explained how the panels worked and the background of the company she worked for. The transparency of the company was important to me because there were not any hidden fees or surprises after the purchase of the solar panels. Mike, one of the representatives explained in detail how both the panels and the app worked and what to expect from the performance of the system. I will definitely recommend Sunny Energy to all of my friends.

After doing a lot of research on solar energy providers, I chose Sunny Energy because this company offers high-quality solar panels, professional design and installation, and superb customer followup. Sunny Energy takes all the hassle out of going solar, which makes good economic sense in terms of generous tax incentives, relatively short payback period and home resale value. I have two other residences that could benefit from going solar and would have no reservations about engaging Sunny Energy for these i installations.

Sunny Energy is an honest and helpful solar company. I was surprised at how simple this process was. I feel like we're making a small impact in a world that needs renewable energy. Plus we're making a significant impact to our energy savings. They came, answered all my questions and helped me to best understand how to utilize my solar production during peak hours. I would highly recommend Sunny Energy.

Sunny Energy provided excellent service in all phases of the installation and activation process. Our panels were installed in about 6 hours. Sunny Energy performed all of the work in getting permits and approval and had the system up and running, pending APS approval, within weeks. We are very happy with the energy production and expect that our APS monthly bills will be non-existent or close to it.

The sizing, installers and project status updates stood out for me. The most disappointing thing to not only Sunny but all solar companies I met with were reluctant to discuss what costs are involved if the panels need to be taken down for new shingles etc.

I called at least 20 different companies to get estimates. Sunny Energy wasn't the cheapest but I knew they were the right choice. To help me make my decision they did bring their price down. I would recommend this company to anyone. My system is out performing their estimates every day. I love it and Love Sunny Energy.

This was a very easy and informative process. The communication was great every step of the way from posts to email information during all phases of the process. I was not on site of the project but I was comfortable with the full process as it moved to completion.

From the moment we were referred to Sunny Energy it has been a great experience. No pushy sales people or bugging me at my door. From Harrison to Michael and all of the other staff members it has been the easiest thing we have done since moving to AZ

Good company to get your solar. The does all the leg work and informs you of everything happening and upcoming. Also when you purchase solar with Sunny Energy they donate panels to third world countrys plus additional donations to other causes. I had a good experience with the company.
